AAA uses this company for car battery problems. They sold me a defective battery that went bad…read moreafter a few months. The battery was not holding a full charge and was slow to crank. Had the battery tested at O'Reilly and AutoZone, and it failed. Had this company come out twice, but refused to test the battery before first connecting to a battery booster. Per this company, the battery is good, but they refused to test it without first boosting it. If, after being informed, the battery is failing and boosting fixes the problem temporarily, this company should have a better process for testing a defective battery they recently sold, rather than ignoring the original concern. Very disappointed, disappointed with AAA for using this subpar company.

After waiting over 2 hours with zero communication, I finally had to ask for an update myself. I was told that my car had started on its own and that they'd probably need to keep it overnight before getting around to finding what the original problem was. Since I was traveling and couldn't leave my car there, I decided to take it back -- but they still charged me the diagnostic fee, even though they didn't look at the car, diagnose anything, and offered no explanation for the problem. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. Poor communication, no results, and no respect for the agreement I signed. I would not recommend this shop, especially if you value honesty and clear communication.
