They kept sending me UNQUALIFIED PPL, who couldn't cook, and got offended!!! They WARN PEOPLE ABOUT ME, instead of PREPARING THEM FOR ME!!! And they refused to accept responsibility for my companion cats, something I have a PRESCRIPTION FOR, and say "we don't do pets!" They aren't "pets," they help me stay calm!! They finally got me a pretty good team, but the one person, Sharon, who refuses to learn about autism, complains enough for everybody, and instead of getting her a client she likes, they keep her here to spy, so they can convince the owner I'm not worth the money!!! So he did their bidding, and cancelled my contract!!! They're giving up nearly $250,000/year, because the office lied to me, and now regrets it.

In one month and a half, my father has had more than 12 caregivers come to our home because the caregivers quit the day they were supposed to take care of my father (after only taking care of him a couple of days). They arrived late and didn't make up for the time. This has caused my father and me a great deal of stress. I never know who is going to go into my house for a day or two and then disappear. My father starts to trust a caregiver then they quit. Also most of the caregivers don't know how to do light housekeeping and basic cooking. Right at Home charges $30 an hour. For that amount, I expect my father's bedroom, bathroom and clothes to be clean and not smelling of urine. Most don't know how to fold a bed properly. Make nutritious meals for my father. He has lost weight because of this. When I have called to speak to the staffing coordinators about my concerns, they have simply told me to look for another organization if we are not happy. I do not recommend this company at all.

What really is outstanding is the quality of care that they offer for people with injuries. It's amazing that they are constantly following up and ensuring that you are scheduled and have a solid treatment plan. I also really appreciate how much time and effort they spend working with your insurance company to make sure that you have an uninterrupted healing experience. I would also give a huge shout out to Connor, who is obviously the best Physical Therapist I have ever met! And I would give a huge shout out to Katie as well, she's always helping with the myriad of insurance issues.

My back pain was really bad and she helped me a great deal. She now has her own massage therapy studio. What's important is that the providers here understand central nervous system pain and don't do anything that can hurt a person. Not all doctors nor physical therapists have learned about this. The staff here are the friendliest of any office I have ever been to in my life! Most medical office staff just try to get payment asap and rush you out. Here they are so patient and sweet no matter how busy they get, and they are incredibly busy. Both Kimberly's were wonderful as well as everyone else whose name I forget. I think Arie is still there; she scheduled, handled billing, she basically did everything. When my insurance was being difficult, she would help me get more visits pre authorized. EviCore was awful, but she dealt with them without hesitation. This lovely woman turned their "not medically necessaries" denials to absolutely medically necessary! If the location wasn't so far, I would go there for feet physical therapy because finding a good physical therapist is so very difficult. I removed one star only because so many appointments are shorter. It is harder to get the longer one hour appointments and when you're coming from far, you want to get the most out of the appointment. But even then they were still worth it. Offering more shorter appointments is of course a higher up decision outside of the location, the actual staff there though are 5 stars all the way!

Floors are never vacuumed, bathroom is never cleaned (found poop smeared across the back of the toilet, on the seat and the wall that was there for TWO WEEKS). Absolutely disgusting and constantly get a runaround from the staff when asking them about cleaning. Extremely disappointing especially considering the cost per month to have "care."
