Dr. Paturu is one of the nicest physicians I've ever met. He takes the time to really listen to my concerns and then carefully explains everything to me. In fact, I had a question days after my first visit and called his office. Not only did I receive a prompt response, Dr. Paturu personally called me. How often does that happen? The wait wasn't too long…read more Doing the scan I was getting it with contrast, so that meant an IV, the lady that put it in actually caused some pain, more than normal. Of all the IV's I've had this is by far the worst and cursed the most pain. The CT Scan room seemed a bit dated. Scanner worked well tho. Our Dr is a great one. We really like all that he's doing to help us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The experience outside of the IV was good.

It was a very easy process; took about 5mins total. The day of my appointment they sent me a text msg an hour before. You text arrived and remain in your vehicle when you make it to be checked in. When it's your turn you bet a text telling you to come in bring your id and issuance card. I was greeted by staff, offered a new mask and asked the COVID questions. The wait was about 5-10 mins wait time to be called back. Shirley was assisting Dr. Williams for the day so she took my vitals and everything m. She was very upbeat, polite and funny. It took Dr. Williams about 10 mins to come in after that. She was just as pleasant, very professional and informative. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood what my results were and what they meant for me.
