What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

Your efforts saved us more than 50% compared to other companies' estimates for the exact same scope of work something we're still amazed by. The third-party consulting firm was equally impressed with the quality and professionalism demonstrated by your crew. Please extend our thanks and appreciation to your technicians for the marvelous job they performed. We truly value your commitment to excellence and integrity, and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Overall the best prices I could find for full house restoration service.

We used Voda's professional services on June 4, 2025, for mold removal and remediation. Such a…read morebummer to have discovered mold behind two shower enclosures while we were remodeling, but Voda came in and saved the day so we didn't fall too far behind schedule with the remainder of trades needed to finish remodeling! (And, thankfully for us, the mold was caused by tile not being sealed in the shower niche where shampoo/bottles/soaps are placed - the mold wasn't from a plumbing issue.) One thing we found out while searching for a mold remediation company is that pricing is all over the place here in the East Valley. And after speaking with a few realtors, it became clear that not everyone can be trusted to do the work well. For our specific situation, we weren't sure if the mold had spread under the concrete floor of the showers. Two other companies said there was no need to remove the concrete flooring; however, Voda's estimator video conferenced with his remediation crew during the free-estimate-walkthrough and they were certain it needed to be removed in both showers. Voda was right - the concrete shower floors needed to be removed so the subfloor could also be treated. Voda was not the least expensive, but they were the most thorough and inclusive of all work needed to be done -- and when dealing with mold removal/remediation, as a homeowner, you want to know it's gone. Voda's workers are certified and they treat your home as if it was their own (possibly even better because it was incredibly clean when they left!). Also, an unrelated, third party environmental company tested the two shower areas after Voda was finished -- and our shower areas passed the tests! Voda works with insurance companies to help you if you have a claim, and they also work directly with homeowners (like us) when it's not covered by insurance. Given Voda's other excellent reviews online, we can agree with all the other 5-star reviews. We highly recommended Voda's professional services!

My experience with Multi Pro Roofing has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Their…read moreproject manager, Shaun H., came to my home on 8/27/25 to look at my roof and check for any underlying issues related to age -- things I might not be able to see myself. I had walked the roof personally before his visit and saw no damage at all. The roof was simply old, not damaged. After Shaun went up there, the condition of the roof looked noticeably worse. Shingles were pulled up in numerous places that were absolutely not like that before his visit. After that appointment, Shaun stopped communicating with me for a couple of weeks. Eventually, another project manager, Michael, was assigned. I told him I was no longer interested in working with the company, but he convinced me to give them another chance since Shaun was no longer there. Michael scheduled an 8 AM appointment for 10/23/25 and then didn't show up or call. I texted him telling him not to come and that I was done. He showed up anyway and asked for another chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. He promised to send me an estimate right away. Two more weeks passed with no estimate and no communication. I then called their office and spoke with a male receptionist who acted completely uninterested in my concerns. He said he would contact the owner, Patrick O'Dell Steele, and told me Patrick was on a job site but would call me by the end of the day. That call never came. At this point, three individuals -- Shaun, Michael, and Patrick -- failed to follow through, communicate, or take responsibility. Please click on my name and look at my other reviews. I am not someone who hands out negative reviews lightly. I'm easy to work with, and I gave this company three opportunities to make things right. Because the roof is now in worse condition heading into Arizona's monsoon season -- which officially runs June 15 through September 30 -- I am extremely concerned about wind and water intrusion. I will be contacting my homeowner's insurance company so they can document the damage firsthand. I will also be filing complaints with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Arizona Department of Insurance, and the Better Business Bureau so the appropriate agencies can review what happened. I am no longer seeking any discounts or offers from this company. I simply want other homeowners to be aware of my experience and for the proper authorities to evaluate the situation.
