He was so honest that he made it clear that there was no remaining moisture or lasting wall damage and a handyperson could do this job for a fraction of the cost of other quotes. I can tell you from experience that very few earn the level of trust and confidence that ASAP Restoration & Construction has earned from me and our organization. I've personally worked with ASAP for nearly 20 years across a wide range of commercial and residential properties. Their team has handled everything from emergency water losses and mitigation to mold remediation, asbestos abatement, environmental testing, reconstruction, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. When you manage a large property portfolio, a restoration contractor isn't simply a vendor. You need a company that understands urgency, protects the asset, communicates with management, treats tenants and occupants professionally, and follows through when the situation becomes complicated. ASAP has consistently proven that they can handle those responsibilities. What separates them from many companies in this industry is integrity. They don't use high-pressure sales tactics, make unnecessary promises, or put short-term profit ahead of the customer. They take the time to explain the situation, provide practical solutions, and do the work properly. Their professionalism, licensing, insurance, trained workforce, and years of experience are particularly important when you're responsible for someone else's property and reputation. We've trusted ASAP with significant projects where the cost of making the wrong decision could have been substantial. I've also had the opportunity to work directly with the owner. He leads the company from the front, stays involved, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work and the customer experience. That kind of leadership matters, especially in an industry where accountability can sometimes be difficult to find. After nearly two decades of working with ASAP, I have no hesitation recommending them to property owners, property managers, businesses, and homeowners throughout Arizona. If you're dealing with a major loss or construction project, choose your contractor carefully. Look beyond the sales pitch and ask about experience, licensing, insurance, staffing, reputation, and how they handle difficult situations. Based on my experience, ASAP Restoration & Construction checks those boxes. They have earned our trust over many years, and in property management, trust is one of the most valuable things a contractor can earn. Congratulations to the entire ASAP team on the continued growth of the Phoenix operation. You've earned this five-star review.

Highly Recommend 1-800-Water Damage…read more After trying two other companies, I realized 1-800-Water Damage should have been my first call. I had tenants move out without informing me about a water leak in the guest bathroom, which led to water damage that could have been prevented. To make matters worse, despite my lease stating no smoking whatsoever, the property had a lingering smoke odor--and even an extracurricular smoke odor--that I couldn't eliminate no matter how many times I treated the house myself. The team at 1-800-Water Damage was professional, thorough, and efficient. They not only addressed the water damage but also tackled the odors that had been impossible to remove. Their advanced cleaning techniques worked wonders, leaving the house fresh, clean, and ready for new tenants. I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done right. If you're dealing with water damage or stubborn odors, don't waste time trying other solutions--just call 1-800-Water Damage first. They saved me a lot of stress and made the property feel like home again.

It's not easy to do that, so I respect him for it. Dan asked if I'd still be willing to consider an itemized quote from him for the work, and he sent a detailed one when I agreed. Then there was a long delay on my part, but when I finally accepted and signed the quote, he was on-site within a week and finished all the restoration work in 1 day.

Crew came in, quickly assessed the situation and then began "discovering" moisture on their meter and before you know it, three rooms and a hallway were involved. Fan after fan after fan and humidifier after humidifier were brought into the house and I asked "how much is this going to cost"? The answer, "insurance will pay", five days later, my insurance claim was denied. I notified Doan and another crew came and collected all the equipment. Invoice for the service (six days), just under $6800. Needless to say, stunned! Just to show their compassion, they dropped it to $5000. Consulted my claims adjuster, she said typical bill should have been in the range of $1500, $2000 tops. I countered with $2300, they said, final bill $3,750. The trick, and I didn't even notice at the time, bring in as many fans and dehumidifiers as you can fit in the house (and it made for a mean wind tunnel). I got the itemized price list after the heart attack of $6800 and there it was almost $5600 of that $6800 was for the fans and dehumidifiers. Sad thing is, was never a plumbing leak, bad drainage on one side of the house and the last big rain got into a bedroom closet. Live, learn and pay. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Our House Is Very Sick... Well, where do I start. First God…read moreis good even when we are going through some hard and stressful times right now. "I can do hard and all things, with Him at the helm". A freak thing has happened, and we don't even know how or what started it. A week ago, I was at home sitting in our dining room and I keep smelling a weird smell. I asked my husband, Vel, "What is the awful smell?" and he said, "What smell? I don't smell anything." ‍ It was driving me crazy. A few days later, my eyes starting watering and was red, my eyes and throat started burning. I developed a burst blood vessel in my right eye and red blotches on my face. I have a headache and was feeling nauseous. Vel didn't experience any of that. I am allergic to dust, mold and so many other things, so that is why It is affecting me so badly... I started coughing, so I smelled the fabric blinds and OMG, it was the worst smell imaginable. So Vel removed all the blinds and cleaned the windows and put-up window film to prevent smells from outside coming in. But I keep smelling it. So, I sniffed the walls and furniture. The smell is in everything we own. But yet, Vel still can't smell it. So, we started trying to clean everything with disinfectant & soap and water. It helped, but the smell was still in the house and on the walls. It is even in Vel's car now. The smell in on our skin and we still have no idea what this is. So, we removed all the lamps, decor items and such. But still the smell is still there. Finally, I told Vel I had, had enough so, we went to a hotel. After two days, the smell was in everything there as well, because it is in all of belongings, we brought with us. The clothes, computers, and now their walls. So, we cleaned everything with Lysol, Windex and cleaner. Our nose is raw at this point! It is still in the hotel, but not as strong as in the house. So, until we find out what it is, we can't go anywhere else and have to endure it. I thought, maybe it was mold or a gas leak? So, after making about ten calls to different places: Allstate - homeowners insurance, Serv-Pro, CDC (Center for Disease Control), Arizona Health Department, and other places. No one would come out to inspect this smell in our house. They said, natural gas has a rotten egg smell, so it wasn't that. I am quite hysterical at this point, feeling hopeless and we didn't know what else to do or who to call!!!! So, I called another company who deals with mold & restoration, Doan Restoration AZ. I am crying and hysterical and told them my house is sick and so am I. First, Ricardo (Manager/Supervisor) was compassionate, sympathetic and patient with me as I tried to explain the unexplainable. Then he let me know they would get someone to come out in the next couple of hours to investigate. When Conner and Kevin arrived at the house, I couldn't hold it together. I was crying and hysterical again. They assured me, it would be ok and then they explain the multi-step process to get us back into our house. So, I was able to calm down. With equipment in hand, they did an initial inspection to test for moisture and mold in every room. It was negative for mold or moisture. The smell was gone in the house, but it still exists on the walls and in the furniture. So, the next step is to get an environmentalist specialist who will test the walls, furniture, blinds, HVAC, and the air in the home. They will take samples of items to test in a lab to find out what this is. So, we should hear from him on Monday or Tuesday to schedule an appointment at the house. Thank you, Doan Restoration for listening and not letting me believe I was going crazy. I am grateful for you and your company. We still don't have answers, but at least we now have a plan of attack and the right team in place. *(update, the environmentalist came out to do an air quality and mold test. We are awaiting the results, so hopefully, we will get an answer soon).
