Things are great...until you step into an Aston Martin - then you find out what you have been really missing. Our business has been through a couple bookkeepers, and they were okay, but we would find errors in invoices every now and then, which is a big deal, especially when it comes to our professionalism with our clients. We decided to make the switch to Nicole to take over our books...and wow, it has been a night and day difference. Nicole and the BH Bookkeepers team have been ultra responsive and on top of all financial related work. I get monthly reports on our activity and all that number and tax related stuff I don't even know about just get taken care of. Even our CPA has commended us on the numbers. I never have to worry about that part of the business anymore because I know it's in good hands. We have now worked with Nicole for over 3 years now and the service has been consistent throughout. As a business that is growing, her ability to keep up and continue to go above and beyond in service is invaluable to us.

Round Rock Tax Center exceeds expectations Note that this company is not affiliated with Roni Deutch any longer. We met with "Dee Marshall" at this tax office and were delighted with her service! She asked great questions, offered good advice, sought specific paperwork, and helped us very well. We were made comfortable, given cold water for our thirst, and Dee spent adequate time with us at our meetings together. Since we did not bring all the paperwork we needed, we had to return to visit with her several times and she was patient with us. She provided us with an amortization schedule for home we still own so taxes in the upcoming year will be easier. We did not feel rushed in our meetings with her. Finally, at our third meeting together, she went over all line items, answered all our questions, gave us an organized folder with copies of what she electronically sent on our behalf, and spent time with us talking about what our taxes could potentially be next year. We have had our taxes done professionally at other businesses, however, Round Rock Tax Center went above our expectations. This is what we call "superlative customer service." We encourage others to support this fine business. We will be back with next year's taxes.
