Their level of thoroughness is truly standout, they take the time to understand the full picture of our financial situation, ask thoughtful questions, and ensure that nothing is overlooked. We've always felt confident that every detail is being handled with care and accuracy. What we appreciate most is the proactive approach offering guidance, flagging potential considerations ahead of time, and helping us make informed decisions rather than just reacting during tax season. It makes a big difference in how prepared and confident we feel year over year. Overall, we highly recommend Bryant CPA services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and client-focused CPA. It's a relief knowing our taxes are in such capable hands.

He is very thorough/detailed oriented and has provided me with guidance that I needed for my business and personal tax returns. Will worked with my small business to transition from an LLC to a S corp. I view his services as much more than tax prep and more as a small business consultant. When I hear people dreading doing their taxes, I have to laugh. They've obliviously never worked with Will. If you are looking for personal or business CPA, I can't recommend Will enough.

She's done my taxes 2 years in a row now and will continue doing so as long as she'll have me] I'm going to keep it short because I could go on for a long long while about just how great Sandy has been for me as my CPA. But first, a quick story... I found Sandy on Yelp the year after I got back into freelancing. The year before, I had met someone through a friend who said "Oh I can do your taxes -- and I only get paid 10% of what you get BACK, so if you owe anything, you don't pay me." Sounds great, right? Yeeeeeah that's illegal. And Sandy pointed that out to me when I first met with her. This guy created a turbotax account in my name and then filed taxes not as my representative but as me. That means that if any issues (or god forbid audits) came up, I have zero protection. Sandy rescued me. She was patient and worked with me and even went through and sorted my "shoebox o' doom" just filled to the brim with uncategorized, unorganized receipts. AND THEN ... she *apologized* that I owed 3k in taxes (thought it'd be WAY higher). Fast forward one year -- she's still my CPA (and will be for years to come) -- and this year I owed 11k and was THRILLED to pay that because Sandy saved me SO much more than that. If you need a LEGITIMATE CPA to help you with: - setting up accounting systems - doing your taxes - helping you organize your finances You're going to have a tough time finding one who will produce better work at a better rate (AND care about the work) than Sandy. 11 out of 10 stars (that's how you math, right Sandy?)

They also got the bank routing number wrong twice when filing 941s. When I hired them, I had told them that I did not know if my Office manager was keeping the books correctly. They worked with him for about 9 months, missing the fact that he was hiding about $300,000 in accounts payable and not accounting for about that much in cash payments that came through the bank accounts. We even told them at some point that we caught the Office manager intentionally mis-classifying expenses to hide his screw-ups, but they just took his numbers. When I questioned why the books never balanced, I was repeatedly told it was normal to be off, even though we are cash basis. Doug Gray's response to everything was that they have no responsibility for anything. I wrote to Jack Gindler a few times about what was going on, but always heard back from Doug. Basically and simply greedy and wanting to do the least amount of work possible to get their paycheck. I literally had never used a CPA before and expressed this before coming into office. I was promised I would be taken care of, informed through the process and I can tell you, I was basically "taken" advantage of. I met Brandon (whose initials are a representation of the office) and tried to ask him questions during our less than 5-minute meeting that was rushed. From the get-go, the documents I was told to have prepared for the meeting were insufficient and Brandon requested more items. Which was fine but remember I am new to utilizing a CPA and relying on Brandon's office to help me prior to our meeting, which was simply emailed me a form of documents to bring which I had, but obviously the doc they sent was not updated. Next was just the overall customer experience... During my 5 minutes, Brandon maybe said 5 words, "hmmm", "oh" and "nodded" at the docs I did bring in. Literally still no explanation of anything, from what I need to do from the customer side of things...this continued throughout the rest of experience I encountered for this meeting and the duration of months I worked with the office. I never directly spoke with Brandon again, just got sent on my way and told to bring more documents. I should have cut ties immediately and took my service elsewhere but I just thought, maybe I just drop docs off and that's how a CPA works.
