Be mindful that while CWR is interdenominational most speakers tend to be Southern Baptist, and the camp is true to the mission it outlines on the website. That being said, I'm so thankful to CWR for all the fun times, good memories, and ultimately introducing me into a relationship with God.

They are a Motorsport camp, so all things car related, perfect for my 12 year old who is obsessed with cars. They also host an Astro camp for those whose interest is space. While my son was there they did tons of driving on and off road, built rockets and launched them, did star gazing with the telescopes they have there, learned car mechanics, and so much more, including regular camp stuff: bonfires, swimming, sports, etc. Another pro was the ban of electronics; no iPads, video games, phones, etc. They keep the kids so busy, they won't miss them. One nice touch was the Thank You card they had the kids write home to parents. A courtesy I have always had my son perform, a good lesson in gratitude. Everyone working there was very personable, kind and helpful. They posted photos of the days activities each night. Any email to camp staff, both leading up to and during camp, was always responded to in a timely manner. This camp was perfect for my kid. He really thrived here. I was nervous, it being his first sleepaway experience, but he had no problems whatsoever and made friends easily with other campers. He's already looking forward next year. I may have to stowaway in his suitcase so I can go too!

The owner will cancel you instead of answering your customer service…read more In December I left for a vacation, called to put on hold and left. My credit card was stolen while away and clearly my hold request was not processed. They called and I repeatedly said I'll handle it. Then I returned with a flu and still getting the daily calls with a fever, I paid, but complained with a 103 fever about how they did not hold until I returned. And Mike decided complainers get cancelled. He did not tell me as I found out logging in online. I do not owe anyone but I would not recommend anyone the owner of this pool would rather cancel that deal with customer service. In their book he's right and you're wrong. Today we pull up and one of their rental boats, and 2 other boats were in spaces. So, we waited patiently for about 5 minutes, then we were cut off by a guy with the rental company driving a tritoon. We then took a spot after a wakeboard boat left. The guy at the pump said "we close at 5 we are shutting down" and walked away. Mind you it's 10 minutes to 5pm and he could've told us that as he saw we were clearly circling and waiting the whole time. Thankfully we weren't that close to E and our cove is right around the corner. I'm sure if we were driving a $100k boat he would've gladly let us fill up. It was extremely rude and will not be patronizing this gas station again and will let others know as well.
