Text reminders were provided of upcoming appointment. Once at the appointment I was greeted by office staff and owner . The spa is very welcoming with home like decor. There was no wait time and I was seen immediately. The procedure ( waxing) was explained and privacy given. The owner performed my waxing and I must say she was very gentle and through with ensuring all hair was removed. She did an excellent job and was so impressed I purchased a gift card for my bestie . I give the service and knowledge of the esthetician a 12/10 will be returning for not only waxing but other services.

So, I ask for them to just take it off. The tool that they used to remove the acrylic, was hurting really bad and was burning. Issued, "OUCH! It's hot." The lady doing it said "It's hot? Oh okay." She then continued to do my nails and it continued to hurt and burn. There was no relaxing there. I complained multiple times about it and she never fixed it. I know you can turn those things down. But no. Then I leave (didn't tip. So weird for me, but it was that bad) I get home and I'm clipping my nails shorter. I realize how hard it is to clip off. Y'all. She didn't even get all of the acrylic off my nails. I'm so angry right now about this. Please. Dont go here. Whatever you do. It was a horrible experience.
