During the job, the technician took multiple cigarette breaks, leaving standing water pooled against my baseboards for an extended period. As a result, multiple baseboards were damaged. I immediately contacted the technician, who told me he spoke with the owner. Despite providing two independent repair estimates ranging from approximately $400 to $700, the owner refused to take any responsibility, offer compensation, or help with the repairs. I was also told they were not concerned about negative reviews. Accidents can happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me was the complete lack of accountability and customer service after the damage occurred. Had the company simply worked with me to resolve the issue, I would have had a very different impression. If you hire this company, I recommend carefully monitoring the work and making sure standing water is not left against your walls or baseboards.

Noel gave me a great vibe while we discussing the problems I encountered, mold being the biggest problem. I had to trust someone and I felt this company was the one. I crossed my fingers and hired them. They had to remediate a bedroom where sheetrock was removed. They replaced the sheetrock and painted it and you would never even know the wall was ripped apart. I was amazed how professional the job was. Next the kitchen had mold under the sink. They took care of that and had to rebuild cabinets that were affected by the mold. Again top notch work. Then the nightmare continued where more mold was discovered in master bedroom. The clock was ticking as we had a closing date on sale of the house. They handled that as well. I finally got to meet Noel and Jeb in person when arrived in Florida. They both answered every call and text I sent whether it was 8:00 in the morning or 9:00 at night. I never felt more confident with a company in my life. These guys were so professional, respectful and empathetic to the stress that mold can produce when trying to get rid of it. The day of the final mold test Jeb was there at 7:00am to meet me and assured me this will pass. The closing on the house was 2 days later. Not to be redundant but this review pales in comparison to what these guys did for me. I will be in their debt forever. The next day, I noticed that the cleaning product they used on the vanity in my master bathroom, took off the coating on the countertop where the cleaner was first put on. I contacted them, and they got back to me fairly quickly, apologizing and stating they would come back to try a polish to restore the finish. They said if that didn't resolve it, they would look into professional options to make it right. That was on 12/16/24. Since then, I have heard nothing, despite numerous attempts to contact them by text & by phone. I completely understand that things happen, so let's focus on how to fix it. But w/ it now being over 3 weeks with them not responding to me, I am very unhappy w/ their customer service. So buyer beware.

They were here for barely two hours for a deep clean move in cleaning. It wasn't even enough time to let the dishwasher run and be emptied.
