I would like to start by saying that our minor remodeling job started out with just the kitchen cabinets and counter top. AERP Construction was one of 4 contractors that bid on the job to paint our cabinets and replace the counter top. Out of all 4 contractors 2 of them took almost 1 1/2 mo. To provide us with a bid. The other 2 contractors one of which was AERP, provided a bid with in 2 weeks. AERP was well dressed, clean in appearance and polite. The bid was not the cheapest though it was in the ballpark. After reviewing all 4 bids we made our choice, AERP Construction. AERP took lots of their time to go through each item we had questions about and answered them over the course of 2 mo. As we picked items for the kitchen and expanded our soon much larger project. They never complained and came out to our home 3 times during that 2 months all the while having not received a dime for their efforts. In the end we had divided the project into 2 parts, 1st . interior and 2nd exterior. The 1st project we did the kitchen complete, all flooring through out the home, 2 bathrooms, all interior doors were updated, and mill-work was replaced, lighting was replaced and updated and finally the interior was given a new coat of paint. My wife and I had been in the home since the 70's with very little work done to it. This phase of the project took about 2 months in all and was taxing on us. AERP Construction staff said nothing at all when we asked them to give us a 1 week break during the middle of the project just because we had enough of the noise and people coming in and out of our home. Phase 2, was composed of the roof replacement, 3 color paint exteriors, adding a large deck in the rear of the yard so we could enjoy the lake, and finally add 1 very large concrete pad along with some stairs in the back yard. I was very impressed with how it took. They are worth every dime we spent, AERP has all our future work to come.
