Arrived at airport went to check in there was at least 120 people got off the plane they had us walk over to the terminal ,and line up to get paper work checked ,very small building so had to stand in line ,most people had to stand outside in hot sun ,the problem was only had ONE person checking your documents so t was taking forever ,and after checking in you had to stand in another line again to go thru the RED LIGHT GREEN LIGHT check that took forever again ,so after hour plus my group finally made it thru ,and out FELL SORRY FOR PEOPLE behind me read more

Small town airport but haven't encountered issues so far. Cad rental agencies are pretty pricy so book ahead of time and don't do it in person. They have plenty or restrooms for such a small place (think corner store small). Establishment is for the most part clean. They have 2 bars pre-check in and one bar past the security gate. One snack bar on each side. Lots of hotels in town, about a 4 minute drive. It's hot in Baja so be prepared to wait outside to board the plane in 95 degree weather. read more

Easy, Breezy Airport. If is fairly small, only three flights come in and three out. It is only open three days a week. I believe the only airlines that come in are American Airlines, Alaska, and Volaris. When you arrive, the staircase opens and your bags are waiting at the bottom. You will need to have your passport, and visitor documentation ready. Customs takes about 15-45 minutes depending how quick you get off the plane. Past that point, it's a small lobby with shops, car rentals and offers for excursions. A lot of that stuff, I planned and booked in advance in the United States. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. Returning home is the same processes, easy. Two hours before a flight is plenty, gives you enough time to check rentals back in and chill, eat or drink while you wait. read more

A nice clean place although it is small but they have a couple of places where you can grab a drink or snacks, I like it and it's close to many lodging. read more

They have small shops for the last minute souvenir, the airport is very clean and they follow all the guidelines and protocols (pandemic) ... The only thing its that you need to wait outside (95 degrees) to board the airplane.... read more

The women that run the Escala Cafe inside of the airport are extremely rude. I asked for no ham on a sandwich. They gave me ham so I asked for a new sandwich. They took the ham off of the original sandwich and handed it back to me. I asked a for a new sandwich. The refused multiple times to give me another sandwich. Both of them rolled their eyes and were extremely rude. read more
