I am very VERY frustrated with the experiences I have had with AeroMexico. I have taken your airline TWICE in the past 3 months and BOTH times I have had to miss my connecting flight. The first time was November 2016. The flight was delayed and my group missed our connecting flight back home. We let this first incident slide. The second time was Monday, Feb 27th 2017 on flight AM1592. The airline crew kept delaying the flight every 15 mins until it was 2 and a half hours delayed. My layover was 2 and a half hours long. So when we landed we would have just 1-2 minutes to get to our gate. We tried to ask the airline/crew to notify the connecting flight crew to just wait for us because there were 8+ of us on the same connecting flight. We asked this before our AM1592 flight took off since we were just sitting on the plane for a good 45 min. The crew and airline was uncooperative and unwilling to accommodate the entire group that needed help. I cannot let this incident slide. This is the SECOND time in 3 MONTHS that I have flown AeroMexico and missed my connecting flight. This is unacceptable. In addition, when we were asking to find another flight to get home, your representatives were very unhelpful and the only flights out required us to spend an extra night...somewhere. This required me to spend more money and time and energy to find a hotel. We all also missed a day's worth of work and missed deadlines. I want to be compensated for all my trouble and terrible experiences that I had with your crew and representatives. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. THE WORST AIRLINE ON THIS PLANET. Seriously the worst!!!! I'm at n a flight to cabo and the flight attendant comes around offering drink. Because the airline is so cheap they use two liter plastic soda bottles on top of the soda cart with rails too low to hold the bottle upright properly. The flight attendant spills almost the entire bottle of coke all over me. Ruining my Bose headphones and ruining my clothes. Instead of being helpful she hands me a few napkins and continues to offer her drinks to others. Didn't even say sorry. About an hour later, when my clothes is starting to dry, she comes around and spills another soda bottle on me. This time I got angry and asked her what wrong with her!! She got angry and started arguing with me and my wife. Saying 'you think I did it on purpose?' It got heated to the point where two other flight attendants had to pull her away. When we landed I filed a report for my Bose headphones she ruined then later wrote several letters and emails. The airlines repeatedly told me they would not cover it because they only cover damaged items that are in the luggages. I will never fly this airline again!!!!! read more
