We recently had our tile and grout professionally cleaned and sealed by Brandon, and felt he truly deserved a special shout-out. From the moment Brandon started working, it was clear he takes real pride in what he does. He is incredibly diligent, precise, and one of the most hardworking individuals we've had work in our home. You could tell right away that he operates with integrity and is the type of professional who does not cut corners. He spent the entire first day thoroughly cleaning the tile throughout our home, carefully restoring the grout lines and removing 20 years of buildup. The following day, he returned and diligently sealed all the grout using Malibu Sand, taking the time to apply everything evenly and properly. What impressed me most was how thorough he was. Brandon even offered to move the refrigerator and the laundry machines so he could clean and seal areas that most people would probably skip. That level of attention to detail really stood out. The transformation was incredible. Our first-floor flooring honestly looks like a completely different space now. It has become one of my favorite features of the house. Beyond his skill and work ethic, Brandon was also extremely humble, respectful, and genuinely care and take a lot of pride in doing the job right. He definitely exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful for the care he put into our home and will absolutely be using Stanley Steemer again in the future. If you have the opportunity to request Brandon, I highly recommend it. We bought this property not having any experience with living off a well system. Turns out our tank was not holding air and had a leak in the piping system to our house. Ashley got a service person out right away and scheduled us to re-pipe the main. Ray was a pleasure to work with and very hard worker considering the Valley Center summer heat! We will for sure keep their contact information on hand if we ever need them. Price was right on our budget (ie: I didn't have to do the work). Thank you Ashley and Ray for a great experience.

Here is what unfolded recently ... My vacation home is a 150 miles away from my main home and I am hardly ever there. So I had to trust Ben completely when he said that he had replaced the well pump motor and that the well was now in good working order. Ben was not happy when I asked if it was okay to pay him in several days giving me time to verify the wells status. His previous temporary fix a week earlier didn't work at all, so I was a bit reluctant to pay this time without checking it out. Despite my hesitancy, he demanded that I pay him immediately via a credit card. So I paid in full based on what I believed was his honorable reputation. The well did work for a couple of watering cycles, but 2-3 weeks later it failed once again. Ben went out to investigate and stated that it was a minor issue and that he would fix it in couple weeks. About 2.5 weeks later, with temps close to 100 degrees and a lot of dying plants, I called Ashley his assistant to convey some urgency. She assured me that he would be out in a few days to make the repairs. Needless to say, he never showed up, nor were any of my increasingly desperate calls to his office ever returned.

Called the store and spoke to Steve; I told him that I suspected my PS5 was overheating and asked if he could fix it, which he said he could. My overall experience with Steve and SBL Games was generally positive. I took my system to the shop on Saturday and got it back Friday the following week. I know my system isn't the one Steve was working on so I consider that a pretty fast turnaround time, right in line with the 3-5 business day timeframe I was told. I no longer have any overheating issues and can play for hours on end since then. Giving SBL Games a 4.5 just because I wish Steve's communication was a tiny bit better. I called and he didn't seem to remember a prior conversation we had regarding my PS5 which he said he had completed repairs on. It's a very small gripe and I would recommend him to anyone needing a system repair. His prices are also affordable and nothing crazy, which I appreciate.

Timeline: * After two weeks, he said it needed calibration and that he had to buy a new laptop charger. Fine. * A few days later, he said his car was in the shop. Fine again. * I showed up the next day--he wasn't there. Front desk confirmed it. * I called him. No answer. He texted an hour later claiming he was there the whole time. False. * The following day, I finally got a controller back--but it wasn't mine. He admitted there was a mix-up because he had two white controllers come in the same day. Instead of fixing it properly by contacting the other customer, he tried to brush it off and "clean" the wrong controller. I refused because this was not my controller. He did not want to correct his own mistake. To make it worse, once I plugged it in, the microphone does not work. I am now stuck with a broken controller, and he refuses to take responsibility or fix it. Do not go to this guy. I know he'll reply to this review with excuses or claims that it's fake--he does that to other bad reviews too. Go read them yourself. Save your money and save yourself the headache.
