Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)

They completely ignored the agreed-upon project specifications, cut severe corners, and left me with a setup that I now have to entirely tear down and redo myself. As you can see in the text records (attached in conversation), Vitalii explicitly provided an estimate of $750 to excavate the area and install: - A pressure-treated 4x4 lumber frame - Landscape fabric - A compacted sand base - A proper gravel pad Instead, the company showed up and completely cut corners on the structural integrity and materials: Wrong Framing: They used cheap 2x4 wood for the perimeter frame instead of the structurally necessary, pressure-treated 4x4s we agreed upon. Skipped the Base: They poured stones directly onto the ground without laying down the promised compacted sand base. Wrong Materials: Instead of proper, fine driveway gravel that allows you to easily roll a lawnmower onto it, they brought massive drain rocks. (see receipt) I argued with them and did not want to even pay any money. After long arguments, I did not want to work with them any longer. I paid them 350 for the labour. Since I paid money, I asked for a receipt. See last image of the receipt. If you look closer, the receipt is unprofessional with wrong work scope. I'm at the point that I just don't want to be bothered any longer. Not a reputable company. Just beware if you want to work with them in the future. I'm glad it is just an outdoor gravel foundation and not an important work inside the house
