Their bid was competitive and I had a good deal of faith in their ability to provide a great experience given what I'd read in other reviews. Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)

He texted me one evening stating he had dealt with difficult customers before and always wins! I am still not sure why he texted instead of calling but it was after hours. He believed I agreed to some work that I did not agree to have them add to the contract and began ridiculing me, threatening me and definitely trying to bully me in texts. After reading the contract carefully I wished I had read it thoroughly enough to realize how one sided it was in favor of the company. Please beware of any contract before you sign it. I learned the hard way. They finished the job and now he has threatened to not honor the warranty as it is on the contract I signed. Not sure if he can even do that but would not want his company at my home due only to his attitude. I am 76 and have not dealt with anyone with customer service as bad as his was in my life. They also do not give any kind of discount for military or seniors or any at all. I guess that should have been a red flag too but the man who came to my home was so nice I guess I did not think about all of that before I signed the contract. That is why I am writing this review to let others know before they sign a contract, especially Runland's contract. Please beware more diligent before signing theirs or any contract. I have learned a valuable lesson.

Not only respectful, always prompt, clean, they did a great job. I have since hired Almaraz Construction to complete my interior remodel of my round house which is challenging and unique. He came to our home on time and did a thorough walk around our home and gave us a detailed bid. For reference we had most of our siding replaced, and the entire outside of our home painted, including front door, gutters, along with some other repairs. I found Jose and crew, to be professional at every turn, I liked that he had a detailed contract and several options for payments. His price was fair after receiving another bid. It is a lot of trust having work done in and around your home, Jose met and exceeded my high expectaions of doing an excellent, and detailed job. He takes pride in his work. Communication was seamless throughout the project, that is important to me, he even answered the phone when I was calling him while at the paint store getting a sample to try a color out. I highly recommend trying colors out on your house before finalizing your choice.
