Let's start with the tacos. They were very greasy and suuuuuper salty. I like my carne asada to be flavorful but whoever marinated the meat that day was either heavy on the salt or over marinated. I'm leaning on over marinated cause the texture of the asada was terrible. It was mushy and stringy when probably mean it marinated too long. Maybe the choice of meat was had too? It just tasted like ground beef and not flap meat like most places do it. It was the same story for the California burrito. I love a good California. Probably one of my favorite burritos to get. But Bahia was not it. Again same problem with the meat. Overly salty and meat texture was off. Ironically enough, the parts that didn't have any meat were very good. Now when it came down the service the lady behind the counter was very nice and the restaurant itself was very clean. So I do give them props for that.
