It turns out the technician was simply not available both times. When I tried to reschedule, the staff was completely unapologetic and showed zero empathy for my time. They flatly told me I would have to wait another week because the technician went on vacation. It is incredibly irresponsible to run a medical imaging center relying on just one technician who leaves patients stranded with same-day cancellations. Incompetentence reigns here…read more My doctor sent me here for an MRI. I contacted my insurance company who initially approved the procedure. However, Open Advanced MRI was supposed to get final approval before proceeding. Unknown to me they didn't and did the MRI without it. My insurance company refused to pay, so they tried to get me to pay for their incompetence. I told them to go pound sand.
