The studio is warm and inviting, and the waiting area feels more like a spa than a clinic. We booked a 4‑D/HD session to see our baby, and the images were absolutely incredible. The sonographer explained everything clearly, was patient when our little one decided to hide, and made sure we left with plenty of amazing pictures and videos. We loved that GoldenView offers DNA gender testing--finding out our baby's gender early added even more excitement to our pregnancy journey! They also have the cutest heartbeat animals, which makes for a precious keepsake. Plus, the staff put our session on dropbox so we could easily share the video with family members who couldn't be there in person. Overall, the entire experience felt personal and professional. You can tell the staff genuinely care about their clients and love what they do. Our tech didn't even try to get any good pictures. We left very disappointed. Now at 26 weeks we decided to try Goldenview and crossed our fingers we would get at least one good pic of our baby. We ended up getting so many amazing pictures of her I couldn't even believe it. The tech had me walk around and try different positions to get the baby to move so she could get the best possible pictures. I didn't even expect to get such clear pictures of her face at 26 weeks. I am so happy we chose Goldenview. Thank you so so much for making this so special for us.

I called a variety of agencies but once I connected with custom it just felt right. Sheila scheduled a visit while in rehab and then home visit before he transitioned home. Their advice, reccomendations and everything has been stellar. They are able to accomodate needs quickly and have a large, excellent pool of caregivers. They were able to provide male caregivers as well which was a major plus. We have used custom for about 4 months now and it only gets better. The caregivers have ALL been professional, knowledgeable and people you feel very comfortable leaving alone with my neighbor. Each one has been outstanding in keeping me informed and I know my friend is watched out for and safe. If you researching these options I understand how stressful and discouraging it can be. Its a very difficult process but I can assure you that custom has exceeded our expectations. Highest praise and highest respect to EVERY one I have talked to at custom home. They amount of stress that has been removed knowing we chose wisely is the most wonderful feeling ever.

So that wasn't enough time apparently because they were over an hour behind! I had to reschedule and leave because I needed to get back for meetings. It was very important for me to have this appt today because I am trying to get all of this done before insurance resets in January. They rescheduled me to December 27th! What a joke. So if you value your time and care go somewhere else because they have regularly been 30+ minutes behind schedule. Tip: if you can't handle the client load, stop taking on more clients. Focus less on remodeling and more on fixing your scheduling practices because clearly you are over booking.

He has a great bedside manner and is a fantastic surgeon. I would recommend this center to anyone, even my family. This clinic has very shady billing policies. They made me pay $2000 prior to my surgery and then…read moreproceeded to bill my insurance company for the full amount of surgery without reporting my payment to them. They have now been overpaid by $2000 and refuse to reimburse me. I have called multiple times over the course of two months and get nothing but the run around. They tell me to call the billing office who says that the insurance payment hasn't been processed. But I see clearly that my insurance company paid it. I feel like I have been bamboozled by this practice. Would never recommend this clinic.
