I got the account when at Optum (United) a long time ago and never wrote down my user name and password. I called and spent the morning talking with supposed helpers at Fidelity. I game them my ss number name address and everything I could think of. I am a licensed Psychotherapist for years in Florida, a veteran and still know my service ID., even my blood type!
