They contacted my business, not me, offering a loan. I explained upfront that my business was going through rough times, like everyone else, and certain situations had caused my score to drop. I expressed interest in discussing a loan since they contacted me and requested that they consider these factors to avoid wasting each other's time. I emphasized that if I had a great score, it would mean my business was doing fine and I wouldn't need their loan offer. Long story short, the agent Adrian Latingua requested statements and had me fill out an application, assuring me everything looked great. Later, Rudy Rojas, another representative, told me everything was fine. Finally, Violeta Botai contacted me to say that other lenders had rejected my application and they couldn't move forward. This was exactly what I had warned against: wasting my time by requesting extensive information, including statements, social security number, and EIN. Botai made negative and nonsensical comments about my statements. I could legally pursue action against these morons if I wanted. I wrote this to inform you of their ridiculous and dramatic loan service, urging you to avoid dealing with these idiots and to be aware of the consequences if you do.
