I just needed to give a shout out to how amazing Adventures Underground is. Not only do they do online orders, but their care and consideration is top notch. I'm a fan of Patricia Briggs series and when she tweeted that she'd gone in and signed all their copies I was delighted at the chance to nab one. To my surprise, rather than just sending the book outright Adventures Underground reached out to me and let me know that I had nabbed one of the books Patty hadn't signed. They offered to swap them out, but I was so impressed they were aware and alerted me first that I just opted to add another one on. They were able to add it in on my order, without me having to do any of the legwork. To top it off, they came wrapped with such care. TLDR: People + staff here are amazing. Order from them. I know I will be again.

One of my favorite antique stores in the Tri-Cities…read more First off, this store is the largest and is packed full of different booths offering all kinds of vintage goods. I always feel like I'm on a treasure hunt in this store since I always find something. It's easy to spend an hour in the store just looking at everything. Since there are so many different sellers, you'll find items suited to every taste. Frequently a few of the booths will have a discount on items (typically 20% off). I've found great vintage jewelry, chairs, antique toys, tiffany lamps. If you are looking for a certain antique, start here first because you will most likely find what you are looking for!

To my boyfriend. She responded "its 3:35. You have 20 min." At 3:42 she loudly says "we're getting ready to close." Then at 3:48 she says loudly. We're closing. Right after my boyfriend calls for me and I say I'm heading for the door. Very unprofessional and rude. Do you close at 4pm? Or do you close at 3:48pm. Had we known you closed at 4pm we wouldnt have shown up. But since we're there we could browse quickly. Not sure I'm interested in coming back.

No shelf, cabinet, or table has an inch of space that isn't taken by smaller objects. Each section is broken up into vendors, so you can't just pick up things and put them back somewhere else. There's order to the chaos. Be mindful as you mindlessly wander around. They must have a pretty big problem with shoplifting because there are signs everywhere and giant cameras near the registers. This definitely detracts from the quaint feeling of the store. In any case, it's a great place to spend hours hunting for decorative pieces or whatever else your heart desires!

Many of the vendors have great selections of vintage trinkets, dishes, etc., along with some homemade items. It's often one of our first stops when we're looking. It's a great size - large, but not overwhelming. It used to be mostly antique and vintage items, but it seems they've been allowing more and more new, and very gently used items in the store. I saw a faux tree in one booth that I had literally seen at Target just last holiday season. If they're going to continue to allow this, they should drop "Antique" from the name - it's not accurate. They have a 4% surcharge on all card transactions, so bring cash if you can!

A vintage treasure hunter's dream!…read more We were in the area checking out some thrift shops and stumbled across Somewhere in Time, and WOW. This place is incredible! If you love vintage, antiques, collectibles, or just wandering around looking at random treasures, you absolutely need to stop here. They have VINYL RECORDS GALORE. I'm talking rows and rows of records, with so many different genres and eras to dig through. You could spend forever just browsing the record selection. And the antiques and collectibles?! TONS. There is so much to look at that you really need to take your time because you'll probably notice something new every few minutes. Vintage clothing, toys, furniture, decor, records, artwork, and so many unique little pieces that you don't see every day. I also loved how much personality the store has. It feels like stepping into a giant time capsule filled with treasures from different decades. Every corner has something interesting going on, and it's the kind of place where you want to slowly wander around rather than rush through. This was easily one of my favorite thrift stops in the area. If you're a vintage lover or someone who enjoys the thrill of finding something completely unexpected, put this one on your list. You could genuinely spend hours here digging through everything! Definitely a must stop for anyone who loves vintage treasures.

Really amazing shop. Stuff to look at everywhere and very high quality!…read more Popped in just to see if I could find a few new records. Immediately found an M. Ward record from a tour I saw. Then buried deep in a bin I found a rare 12" from DFA Records mixed by James Murphy (one of 600) with Reggie Watts (Seattlite and former member of Maktub). I will be back frequently

All profits go to support the Union Gospel Mission and as it were, it's the old Union Gospel Mission that was then transitioned into a store when they outgrew the space. It flows like the bottom level of the hotel, and now we know why! The selection of stuff is pretty vast, ranging from kitchen items, clothing, plenty of trinkets and a pretty good vinyl section. As with most thrift stores there's plenty of stuff that probably won't go with your current house, but while in there I was able to find a good number of things that did actually go with ours. Of all the thrift stores in the area that I've been in, I really felt like this one was the nicest, knowing that everything goes towards a good cause probably meant I bought a few more things. This place is an absolute must check out for anyone who likes going searching for something you didn't know you needed!
