I had so much struggle to find a good team activity that my boy is interested than playing games…read more Till one of his classmates who are highly engaged at Robotics even went to the world championship. I was surprised and asked what's that. So they introduced me to Rolling Robot. My boy becomes so motivated not only robotics but also school. He started to care about his grade because he is in the good environment that all kids are positive and think it's important to have a good grade. The director Bing is a truly educator that cares about kids. I cannot say how much I appreciate Rolling Robot. This weekend, my boy and his team are going to state competition after only 7 months of learning. So happy they get a chance to see other 198 teams and get the chance to learn more. Thank you!!!

The worst experience at this place…read more.. The young teacher who teaches robotics was very rude. My child spent half an hour in her class, and during that time, the teacher didn't even speak to her or teach her anything. The manager also never responds when you text her. My child is between two levels--above one level but not quite at the next. Instead of being patient and supportive, these young teachers, who seem to have very little teaching experience, make you feel like you've done something wrong just because your child doesn't fit neatly into their level system. Don't waste your time here. The lack of communication, unprofessional attitude, and poor teaching experience were extremely disappointing.

I feel really badly this review is so late. I only thought of it today when my son asked when he…read morecould go back to Camp Izza (It's October). I just want to start off by saying I really did my research on this camp before I signed up my son who is on the spectrum. I emailed the owners and they wrote me back quickly, thoughtfully, and were so accommodating! I have to say the owners are really what makes this camp special. They love kids. The counselors they hire LOVE kids. It is evident just being around them. They wanted to be there, they loved their jobs, and it showed. I was so amazed that on day one, every counselor knew my son's name at pick up. There was a huge amount of campers and a huge amount of supportive staff (which in of itself I bestow 5-stars) and I could not believe they could tell my kid apart in the crowd. I was so touched everyone seemed to like him and they were so positive and complimentary to him. It really built his confidence and independence. I signed him up mostly for the water play, but he loved everything! The trampoline being brought out at lunchtime was a favorite of his as was the slip N slide! My only complaint is that they don't run winter and spring camps because I would absolutely sign up my son. And he will be back at Camp Izza next year. Thank you Omar and Joann!

We cannot say enough great things about Fit First Youth Fitness Training! As parents of nationally…read moreranked teen and pre-teen athletes, we knew we needed a trainer who focused + specialized in working with kids -- someone who understands their growing bodies/joints and can develop a program that keeps them strong, motivated, and injury-free. After trying a few trainers, we feel incredibly lucky to have found J at Fit First. Not only do they bring top-tier, experienced trainers to our home (which makes scheduling so much easier), but the level of expertise, patience, and motivation our trainer and the admin team provide is unmatched. Having worked with personal trainers ourselves at high-end gyms like Sports Club (now Equinox), we know what great training looks like -- and this is it! The workouts are engaging, well-structured, and designed to instill healthy physical and mental habits that will benefit our kids now and in the future. We are very happy.

Many parents that were waiting around had to scramble and figure out what to do with their kids for the rest of the day and week bc later on that day Tustin parks and rec told us the whole week got cancelled. I also had previously signed up my kids for ninja warrior half day camp for 3 days on august 10-12 and just today they said there arent enough kids enrolled so they cancelled that too! This is ridiculous! I will never enroll my kids in any of their camps again unless i want to be dissapointed last minute and have to figure out what to do with my kids. Two strikes and theyre out!

I'm not sure exactly how much my son learned but he had an "okay" time. Compared to the other camps he is doing this summer, he ranked this one last but this one was the most expensive. From a parent perspective, these are my thoughts: - drop off and check out was very chaotic. They claimed to have a drive through drop off but it was unmanned one of the days and my son was ignored the other three days. - they randomly called me mid week and told me to swing by anytime to pick up my son's "lost" water bottle. When I told them that he was in camp as we speak, they were confused and asked "he is?" Well I sure hope so, I dropped him off there 2 hours ago! Yikes! - in 2017, they had a fantastic Friday closing. Campers came in to the presentation chanting and signing. They explained to the parents what they learned that week. This year, the Friday closing was a 15 minute slideshow of pictures followed by the director talking for 10 mins with no campers present. When we went into the rooms, all the projects were packed up and it was like a regular pickup day. Very disappointing! Overall, it was an average experience. I had high expectations because the camp was so awesome last summer. Unfortunately for the cost, it wasn't worth it this year.
