This facility is for kids ages 10-months to 10-years old. Socks are required for both kids and adults. Compared to other indoor playgrounds for kids, this one is on the small side. There's a good variety of play areas and activities that my kids don't get bored with the small space, and I enjoy it because it's easier to monitor them versus the larger playgrounds. They have a room for toddlers with a small ball pit, slide, oversized blocks, and toys. Next to it, there is a small rock-climbing wall with a foam pit below, a merry-go-round, kitchen, market with fresh produce, an ice cream stand, a doctor's office, and a dress up and makeup set. For the larger kiddos, they have a huge jungle-gym with a 3-way slide, mini zip-line, larger ball pit with a wall projection that you can throw balls at animated characters and score points. One of my children's favorite areas is the sand pit. Only, the pit isn't filled with sand, but plastic Nerds-like particles. There's a large climbing dome made of netting and sand toys in this area. Monthly passes are available, so is a small party room, and there's a nursing and changing room for your infants. Wipes are available if you need them. Stamp cards are available and you can earn a stamp for each hour-long visit you purchase. After 10 hour-long visits, you can get a free hour for one child. You usually have to ask for the card and for the stamp, as its given upon request. At the time of your exit, they provide your kiddos with balloons. My kids have gotten to choose from animal, sword, and flower balloons. Overall a great place to bring your kids to move around indoors, and give yourself a breather.

We went in July and we paid $30 each for the day of rainbow reef. Once you pay, you can come and go throughout the open hours (10am-3pm). You don't need a specific time slot. You go to the booth and they give you equipment to use (snorkel mask, breathing tube, and life vest). You then shower off and head into the reef. The water of the reef is 76 degrees, which actually felt pretty chilly, but you get used to the temperature pretty quickly. I did notice a lot of kiddos didn't want to go in because it was too cold for them. My niece was crying because of the cold, but the employees all went over and beyond to make her feel comfortable and help her. She ended up doing a lap in the reef and then heading to the jacuzzi lol The rainbow reef was cool, but we felt that $30 each for the day was pretty pricy. We only swam once and felt like we checked the box.

My kids and wife and I really enjoyed it and we paid for the full experience for the entire length of our stay which means you can go each day during the hours that the location is open for as long as you want to stay! Our kids had an absolute blast, and seeing how much fun they had made the experience just as enjoyable for us as parents. It did look like a lot of fun for the other older kids and we'll probably try when my kids are a bit older so hopefully they'll do some landscaping on the weeds by then. We also saw a few kids spitting water in the sand and making spit-water sand balls. Gross.

She was very friendly, informative, and just a lovely person. I absolutely love love love the experience! We started with the bunnies first because they're so freakin' cute! We got to feed them as we brought some fruits and veggies from Safeway before we came. I picked one up and we got take some pics/videos with them. There were birds next to the bunnies and they were pretty. It was very sad hearing the story about one of the birds (I forgot the name of the bird.. sorry!) as he lived off his on poop for a couple years as his person passed away. It's the one that's always screeching/screaming. Then we visited the little bb cows (calves? Is that what they're called?), and I got to feed them the feed. Then we checked out the goats and sheeps. The goats were really aggressive with wanting to get the food, and they will bump into each other. Then we visited the ducks and piggies. There were also turkeys there as well. The fruits and veggies that we got from Safeway were strawberries, lettuce, and carrots. My ultimate favorite part was that they let us bottle feed the bb cows. There were like 4-6 big bottles of milk to feed the bb cows. I tried it first, and then I let my sis try, but she only lasted holding it for like 2 minutes until she said that it was too heavy. So I ended up doing that mostly which was really awesome! I absolutely loved it as it was such an amazing experience. Hehe.. Dear Denise, thank you so much for having this wonderful place that gives people opportunities to interact with these lovely animals! You could spend HOURS in this place-- especially if your kids want to perform a few plays for you in the theater exhibit. All 3 of my kids loved this place and I wish we had arrived earlier because it was closing time before we knew it. I think this would make for an especially great visit on a bad weather day and/pr when your kids want a break from the beach or pool. If your hotel room isn't ready yet it would be a good way to let kiddos burn off some energy after a long flight too. If you have young kids I would say this is a MUST VISIT. If you're coming here by yourself I would travel light so you can fit everything you need in lockers. There are about 2 private areas, one is double the size of others. It looks like the smaller area can fit about 20 adults "comfortably," but I'm also going off the assumption there's not much decorations, some space for food, and kids are all playing. If the spaces are not for a private party you can still use them too, but it's at your own risk to leave your stuff in the open. The level my son is at is lots of crawling but the new environment may have been why he mostly sat and just looked around - that and the kids running around. There was only a small area where he could comfortably roam, which I didn't mind because it makes the free admission for him worth it and I only paid $5 since I was with a group. Overall, I can see why this is a lifesaver for parents to let kids get their energy out. It literally is just the 24s of childhood, so who knows, my son may join the membership crew one day. Went on October 3 (their 3rd day from grand opening) went about 5pm and it was PACKED HOUSE at the time I went there was a line to just get checked in and get your locker room keys and print out label sticker) but again I wasn't that surprised it was packed cause they just opened up and it was the weekend as well. The Indoor playground it self is ONE FLOOR but it's a big space area with lots of things to do for the kids from toddlers to 6-8 or older kids. One thing I didn't like tho is their AC in the area (It was warm in some places) I seen some parents literally trying to Fan them selves down cause it was Hot in some places (So idk if their AC wasn't working as much) probably something their staff needs to check and fix) Parking - lots of parking within the mall area so that you don't have to worry about. Don't forget to bring a bottle water or a flask with water to stay hydrated specially for the kids so u don't have to buy it at kids city which I'm thinking it's more then what you would spend for a bottle water.

About a 2 hour experience. It was a quick 10 mins ATV ride up! You can get some mud on you during this. Only ziplines down until you reach where we started! You had the opportunity to go upside down if you wanted to...(I could not haha). We also got a chance to try apple bananas, dried apple bananas, and some tomatoes! There are some fun bridges that you end up crossing. Guides do take some photos for you that you can purchase at the end of the experience. I would definitely recommend booking with CLIMB Works!

We went at the last available time and weather was nice with a cool breeze, but can get very hot and sweaty if there was no clouds. Definitely recommend them and this was my second time and as great as I remember
