Nice wine sampling experience in Winter Park, CO. The vibe was interesting. They have a few wine vending machines were you can try wines for a few bucks a pour and $12-20+ per glass. The butternut squash was quite tasty, but a tiny portion with a lot of filler (only 4 ravioli) read more

If you're looking for a fun yet classy activity, Adventures Decanted is the place to go! A group of 7 of us reserved a slot for a bachelorette party, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Adventures Decanted has a bit of a different take on wine tasting where it's a "choose your own" environment - perfect for a group with different preferences / tastes / amounts. They started us off with 1 curated wine, and then we were off to races. We each got a card with an amount we could spend to try different amounts of different wines. They had organic wine, women-owned wines, sweet wines, international wines, and more! Our group reserved a surprise for our bride to do a saber champagne pop, and the team was amazing putting together the surprise for her! They even filmed the whole thing with one of our phones to capture the moment. Some of the amazing staff that worked with us included: Zoey (our wonderful, very attentive waitress), Nina, Shelby (one of the owners), and JD (who helped video our bride and our group popping some champagne). It was great to see owners so involved with the customer experience and who really supports and uplifts their staff. read more

Our group was across the street having beer when a lady recommended Adventures Decanted. The service was beyond. We found ourselves there during happy hour with 1/2 off wine. When I say exceptional, it's beyond. The owner took such great care of us and even reserved us a table for dinner after our happy hour. The food is 10/10 read more

Have been to Winter Park many times but this is my first at time at AD! Incredible selection of wine and yummy flatbreads and pizza options. Cocktails were unique and the bartender was cute ;) I think his name was Seth? Great hospitality will definitely be back asap! read more

Outstanding ambiance, service and wine options. Truly a must try when in Winter Park.

This place is the closest to an adult Disneyland that you will ever find! If you were to try to imagine a place where you can sample as much wine as your heart desires, eat delicious cheese andddd pasta, this is it!! We found this gem on Yelp (thanks Yelp!) and it's a little tricky to find but totally worth it! I'd recommend making a reservation because this place gets packed! read more

After a week of touring the area, including dining at two of the finer dining restaurants, we found this delight! The food was the best we had all week! The steak was better than any of the steaks we sampled. The homemade pasta was spectacular. And, the dessert was outrageous. The service was well balanced. With regular visits to ensure we had everything we needed, but not cloying or disrupting conversations. They went above and beyond in offering us samples of wines we might enjoy too! The decor is that of a wine bar, but the food was that of a fine dining establishment in any major metropolitan area. Make a reservation and treat yourself to a wonderful night out! read more

Visiting from Florida we were looking for an Easter Brunch. We are SO GLAD we found this place! The ambiance is lovely, the staff was among the nicest I've ever encountered, and the owners put their heart and soul into all the food and wine selections! Out of town Review: we're from Houston home to some of the best food you could ever ask for, so we are trying to give Grace. We also love to cook and are pretty talented, so can be kind of picky. I want to start by saying the staff, the host, managers everyone who work there were absolutely delightful. The atmosphere and the wine vending machines are pretty amazing, however we were disappointed in the food. I ordered the pappardelle braised oxtail pasta, the flavor was absolutely their but the noodles were so undercooked it was hard to enjoy. $40.00 dish. My boyfriend ordered the braised short ribs which were extremely extremely dry. $40.00 dish. Very underwhelming on the flavor as well. When you're spending 40+ per dish, we expected more. I did dabble in the wine vending machines, pretty cool concept and we had one cocktail. Tangerine dream, was pretty good. Bill was around 160 for two dishes, 1 drink, 4 samples from wine vending machine (2-3 dollars each) and they include a 20% service charge. Will add photos shortly. read more

Enjoyed a wonderful brunch June 2022. Owner and team were friendly and outgoing. The wide variety of brunch favorites and creative dishes were outstanding. I especially enjoyed the Eggs Benedict Strada, homemade biscuits with sausage gravy, greens and fruit salad. They also have an omelette and waffle station (the waffles are made with their homemade batter, light and crispy, yum). Also got our wine card and tried a wonderful variety of diverse wines. Highly recommend! read more

We spend a lot of time in Grand County, CO, and once we decided that this was the perfect location for our wedding, we knew we wanted to hire as many local vendors as possible. Knowing we had 120 guests traveling from all over the U.S. to celebrate us in a place we love, we searched for a special location to host our Friday night welcome reception; luckily, Adventures Decanted said YES to our request. The Adventures Decanted team, owners Shelby and Toni, events manager, Kristi, and chef Dom were an absolute JOY to work with and had everything on point from top to bottom. The space provided an upscale, cozy, and comfortable space for our families and friends to meet each other, laugh, nosh, and drink delicious wines! We are truly grateful for the Adventures Decanted team! The weekend would not have been the same without their top-notch service at our private Friday night welcome reception, which was the perfect way to launch our wedding weekend. Months later, we still receive so many comments on how perfect everything was, and many friends have told us it was the best wine (and the best Pinot and Rose') ever! The food and wine pairings were all delicious, and the service was impeccable! With the team's vision of elevating food and wine in Grand County, they even went the extra mile sourcing specific brands of alcohol and wine. My husband and I and all of our wedding guests (seriously) would highly recommend using the Adventures Decanted for any event! We can not thank you enough! read more

Awesome place! Service and staff were excellent and very helpful! Experience of pouring/choosing your own wine is also very cool! We went during happy hour and it was VERY reasonably priced! If you're in town, check this place out if you like good music, clean-thrifted vibes and good wine! Didn't have any food but menu looks solid with shareables and wine-related items! read more

Great experience! We went for Valentine's Day and had a great dinner and wine experience. We met Shelby, the owner/sommelier and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. We loved that we got to try a bunch of different wines using the machines. The food was also great. We loved the bleu cheese and roasted grapes flatbread. The desserts rotate and they had a red velvet cake for Valentine's Day that was to die for! Too bad we live out of town or we would definitely be back. read more

Loooooooooved my experience here tonight! 6 of us needed this exact moment here at Decanted. We were welcomed with open arms by the owner Tony . Great customer service from literally everyone! And omg the oxtail pasta and the curry coconut mussels were EVERYTHING. If we could rate them 10 stars we would. Top tier wine. Ru was a wonderful waitress! And don't get me started on the ambiance. Thank you for taking care of us Adventure Decanted!! read more

WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVER. We arrived for our dinner reservation and were unfortunately seated at a piano covered in a table cloth. Nope. Awkward setup for a party of 4 and nowhere to put your legs and chair couldn't slide in. Staff was kind enough to reseat us, but it was in the bar. While the kind host was trying to get us settled, one staff member threw a fit and was disrespectful to the staff that were trying to help. She belittled them about where they sat us right in front of us and then continued to berate and scold various staff members for the next 15 mins until we were becoming quite uncomfortable. We finally approached her and asked her if it was possible to have discussions with staff out of patron sight as it was really awkward to; 1. be talked about within ear shot, and 2. listen to all that negativity over our attempted conversation. She rudely told us to mind our own business. Shocked, we decided to leave. When approaching her again to tell her we were going to leave and to please close out our tab, she said, "Good. Please leave." Again...shocked. We asked what her name was and she refused to tell us. When we asked to speak to the manager or owner she told us she was "calling the police" before she marched away. (((What?!?))) Double shocked. We approached the bartender to apologize and explain that we were leaving and ask who she was. Turns out SHELBY was...wait for it...ONE OF THE OWNERS! Triple shocked. We booked our reservations a month ago and were so excited to try their pasta experience and support a local establishment. However, it turned out to be one of the worst dining (and we didn't even get to dine) experiences we've ever had. We feel so bad for her staff and any out-of-towner that goes in there and thinks that is representative of how Colorado treats patrons who keep our mountain economy alive. #NotHowYouColorado read more

Visiting in from Dallas and accustomed to the finer experiences, we were elated to stumble upon this exquisite fine dining destination! Their unique way of allowing you to partake of a diverse variety of wines was both unexpected and creative. The food menu takes you on a culinary adventure with influences from England, France and the Chef Dominick's own creative palate. I reluctantly ordered the lightly crispy "Cauliflower Bites" in a hot honey garlic sauce at my wife's request. Not being a fan of cauliflower in any way I initially did not partake of this strangely prepared concoction but finally surrendered! Needless to say I was dumbfounded as to how amazing this "dish" was! In fact the mundane word "dish" does it a serious disservice. This culinary work of art and its whimsical culmination of flavors that evoked a party in my mouth. This place is a must visit, must go, must experience! The owners, Toni and Shelby, were exceptional in their service, and walked us through several different tastings, they held our hands, and directed us to the most phenomenal wines we have tried in a long time. Definitely recommend you stopping by! read more

First time to WP this past weekend. We got to our hotel late and weren't sure where to eat, we stumbled upon this place and so glad we did! We sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly! The drinks (old fashioned and pinot noir) were great. The food was so good too- we got a pizza and the cauliflower appetizer. So many things on the menu looked good, it was hard to choose. All around great place - very nice décor too! read more

The great Southwest Airlines debacle of 2022 put an end to our plans to ski in Big Sky, Montana, so we had to quickly organize a trip to Winter Park over New Year's Eve. We were very lucky to find air fare (on United!), a rental car, a great condo, and the best party in town at Adventures Decanted in Winter Park, all at last minute! They not only squeezed us in to the after party, but also found us seats for the excellent four course dinner with excellent wine pairings. The oyster bar and pre-dinner drinks were worth the price of admission alone. The staff was very nice as was the atmosphere. The decor was impressive, and the evening's vibe was fun and lively. I can hardly believe we were so fortunate to luck into this event! I want to go back here the next time I have the opportunity to travel to Winter Park and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great wine shop or place to go after a great day on the slopes. read more

What an amazing experience. Dining out is half food and half the people that you interact with. From the owner down to the server everyone was so engaging and helpful. Oh, and the food is amazing!!!!! read more

Good but not great, missed the mark in multiple points. Waited over and hour for our food for it to be lukewarm and so salty we didn't finish it. The wait staff was amazing and took amazing care of us caring to our needs and but the final straw was the food and waiting forever. Seems more like a tourist trap rather than a wine destination. I was thankful they waived all of wine at the end of the day because that probably would have been an additional $50. But overall disappointing, and sad to have went to spent a birthday there. Wish it was better. read more

Fabulous restaurant with the best owners! Food is outstanding and wine selection is great!

Shelby and Toni know how to take care of their guests. Every time we stop in, they greet us like old friends and always know what wine we enjoy. The food is great and Dom is a talented chef. We love the charcuterie, but he also makes a mean grilled cheese sandwich! We have been in for a few of the specialty wine tastings and food pairings, they are always educational. If you ever get the chance to saber a bottle of champagne, it's the most special of experiences. Enjoy! read more

I would love to give a five star review and absolutely love to support local business, but this place is not for locals. The prices are outrageous and take away from the great service and ambiance significantly. Unfortunately, we won't be back. read more

Cheering for this place. Love the concept. Love the kind people running it. Would be great for groups of 4. Our date night just didn't fit the concept. Boards are too much for 2 and table we were at didn't work to actually hold food. Parm pasta event was neat concept but super heavy(shocker I know). Flatbread was good but light on toppings aside from cheese. Dessert was beautiful cake that was beyond decadent (but also surprisingly dry). Wines were interesting but hard to figure out layout and no real direction. Just wander and pour...kind of fun like alcohol hide and seek! We'll be back for drinks and snacks but will bring friends and eat before. Unclear if there is a bottle list. read more

Shelby and her team provide excellent service, a great wine selection and out of this world food. We have been going back to this place for a number of years and even with a new chef, Decanted hasn't skipped a beat. Fabulous Parmesan Bowl, outstanding Bolognese, and the Beet Salad is to die for. The place to go in Winter Park, whether after skiing or a serious dinner. read more

Oh my gosh! What a great place we stumbled upon last night. Great selection of wine by the glass or bottle. We initially sat in the bar and had our first beverages (husband had beer), but then moved to the window overlooking the town. We had both the green salad and the winter salad for starters, and both made with super fresh veggies and served with a delicious champagne vinaigrette dressing. We then had the Cauliflower bites with the hot honey garlic sauce, and it had a kick but was great too. Then came the pizza. We ordered one of each for 4 of us, the Margherita and the Peppered steak pizza. Truly the best pizza in the valley. Crust was perfectly light with both a crisp crunch and a light chew. They do automatically charge a 20% tip surcharge, but it was explained to us that they spread that amongst both front of the house and back of the house. We were good with it as the service pretty much came from everyone. The chef, the bartender, busser kept water filled and the manager/owner. Absolutely loved it! We will go back time and time again! read more

We popped into this place on a whim and were so happy we did! As we walked in, the owner was already pouring us tastes of rose to sip while she walked us around and showed us how things work. This place is like First Draft in Denver, but with wine. You choose how much money you're going to put on a card, then the card goes it the wine dispensing machines, where you choose what you want and how much of it. You can see the prices for 1 oz, 3 oz, or 6 oz pour. They have a GREAT selection--seriously, so much wine. On top of that, we had a delicious charcuterie board with generous portions. The staff were lovely and helpful. We sat in the garden and got to see someone learning to saber open a bottle of champagne for her birthday! Can't wait to return. read more

We can not recommend Adventures Decanted enough! Their hospitality is second to none. All the staff was extremely professional, friendly and so fun!!! The food was absolutely incredible. You could tell everything was homemade and it was unique and just overall yummy! And of course can't forget about all the amazing and unique wines! Such a fun concept to use the wine cards.
