I've bought three bikes from him and been given four bikes in that time (I do give some of my bikes away when I know of a need, I'm not just running through bicycles). They've all been well maintained by Cadence. I'm an old lady and just want my bicycle to work properly every time, and I take my bicycle there every 6-months to a year for maintenance and I get what I pay for. Been trying to work up the courage to get an electric bike. The bad roads and the bad drivers in Mobile have me a bit scared yet. However, when I am ready to risk it, I will be buying mine from them.

I brought in a 2022 trek hybrid ridden 5 times $550 new, Brad offered me $25 for the trade in. When I tested the Momentum, they didn't even open the door for me to get the bike out. There was one other customer in the store. No customers the last two times I was there, obviously for good reason. I see no reviews since 2022 on yelp. Simply AWFUL.
