I went to Infiniti bicycles in search of an upgraded bicycle. I keep wearing out the cheap Huffy's and needed a heavy duty cruiser for my exercise regime. I spoke with Jesse, who demonstrated the Electra cruiser, which is a no-frills cruiser brake type bicycle. I purchased this bicycle and I'm very happy with the results. I met Mark who is the store owner and a great guy with a lot of knowledge about bicycles. He set up my new bike and gave me confidence that my purchase fits my needs. I couldn't agree anymore. This is a smoothest easiest bicycle to ride I have ever witnessed. I would recommend this store if you're looking for a good quality bicycle. They don't have Walmart or Amazon prices but they have good quality products and stand behind them. read more

I messed up an upgrade of one of the brakes on my Himiway ebike and after calling brought my ebike into the store. Vy (Vylithylia) helped me unload the bike and checked it out when I brought it into the shop. She quickly confirmed what needed repairing (new cable install) and I was lucky that she had the time to work on it immediately. Vy let me watch the repair and took the time to show me the steps and explain how to do the work myself and what to watch out for when adjusting the brakes. Infinity Bicycles will be my go-to shop for any future repairs or installs that I need assistance with and they will see me at least once a year for their annual maintenance package for both of our Himiways. read more

There store manager & staff is friendly & welcoming. They answered all our questions and provided some basic info on bikes, helmets and other items. We bought a bike, safety accessories, etc. No real sales pressure to buy. But I was already sure I'd buy and walked in with my wallet in my pocket. I spent more than I originally planned but that's probably true for me in every shopping experience. I'm convinced my teen will be going off to college properly equipped with a bike that will last a very long time. If I make the plunge myself in a couple years I will come to this shop for my bike. read more

We drove to Gulf Shores from Montana. 30 seconds out of our Montana driveway, a deer hit the rear of our van and destroyed a rear wheel on one bike and a tire on the other. We took them to Infinity. They were so professional and knowledgeable. They fitted us with rentals to tide us over, but they fixed our bikes within 2 days. Rode them today and they are like new. Thank you, Infinity. My very low hour 8 speed developed a flat tire. Due to covid I had to make an appointment. I arrived on time and was greeted at the car. Quick tube change out and identified tire was bad so replaced it. She also adjusted gear shift and front and rear brakes at no charge. I was hesitant to spend more money on a bike than your big box stores, but I did research and looked at comparison video and website reviews. After going to the store to look and ask questions, I purchase 3 (Marlin, Precaliber 24, and Precaliber 16). Compared to several bikes purchased in the past these are drastically better to ride, shift gears, and pick up when storing or hauling. The customer service has also been exceptional from purchasing to servicing. read more

I'm really grateful for the expert help I've gotten from this shop. I've had repairs 4 times from Infinity Bicycles in Mobile, AL. As a crippled person who requires a manual wheelchair, this help has been invaluable. My chair takes a lot of hard use because I live in it, and there is really no reliable wheelchair repair in my area. So they kindly agreed to work on it. I could not have made it this far without their sometime creative troubleshooting and repairs. My wheelchair is now 10 years old and still very useable, which is a good thing, since a new one costs about $4,000. Their prices have always been kind. I've been riding my Trek for about 2 years now. The neck was a little low and, at 49, this was leading to some serious back pain. For $40, Destiny threw on an adjustable neck which has totally transformed my ride. I'm more comfortable, all my pedaling is so much easier, and I get more cooling breeze. You guys got me taken care of in about 2 hours total. I also got a nice headlight and water bottle holder. Super friendly employees too!! read more
