The employee wouldn't accept the return because he said he can't resell "worn" shoes and insisted on telling me that I was lying and they had been used, when in fact they hadn't. Yes, I went off because because told you're lying when you know you're not, is frustrating. I took them to a Hibbett in another county and they accepted the return with ease and agreed they had never been worn, and that they've also heard negative things about the Schillinger Mobile location. The pictures show all of the very clear wear and tear marks and blemishes on these overly worn shoes!!!

The prices in both stores were high, but hey, when you need socks, you need socks. Amazon and Walmart had everything I needed at a much lower price, but I felt like throwing money away. Joe in the shoe department always gets me the right shoe on the first try, and takes into account my plantar fasciitis and other foot issues I have had over the years. The guys in the firearms section are very knowledgeable, are seasoned experienced shooters themselves, and are willing to talk through my needs to find me the right gun in the price range I choose. I get to handle the guns, if I want to try out the grip, sights, or the trigger. They have provided me with more than a few shotguns, rifles, and pistols over the years, and all have been good choices at competitive prices. I highly recommend McCoy's. I have never been treated poorly by anyone there. The owner is highly regarded by the employees as well.

This is deceptive marketing and has ruined my Christmas as I don't have much money but I wanted to get my wife something nice but I'm not spending 100 bucks on 2 items that according to their clearly marked signs shouldn't have exceeded 50 bucks total. I called Taylor Made as it was not holding air for more than 2 days. Taylor offered for me to buy a repair kit for a 115 dollar bumper and fix it myself. Not great service at all by Taylormade. So, I went back to West Marine and the team there was very helpful and exchanged the unit for a new one. If not for their honorable approach to doing business, I would have purchased another brand.

This location looks more like a dirt cheap. Today the young male cashier was too busy playing around with a young girl cashier and apparently forgot to hand over half my items ,to my daughtet,that I paid for. I got home and have tried to call the store 12 times in less than 2 hrs. They either ignore the calls or they answer then hang up. So now I'm out of pocket as well as product. BTW he had time to catch us. He was on register 16 near customer service. I went to customer service after checking out to pick up an online order. Then proceeded to walk past his register yet again to leave.

We couldn't believe the difference in the two stores. To the manager of this store... you need to have a meeting with your staff and remind them what they are being paid to do.
