Now, you have what we got today... A guy leering at us and making us feel absolutely unwelcome. An aloof attitude of open despise towards customers. A "How dare you come into my store" energy. Guess what guys? You are not the only gun store in town. Yes, you have a great selection of product at semi- reasonable prices. I might even want to spend what you are asking but at the end of the day the terrible customer service mixed with a we hate you attitude makes it just not worth it. Bring back the older guys who were nice. Get rid of the lady who took the place of the two who were actually pleasant and happy - and tune up the behavior of the staff and I promise you will sell more.

I got a P365 X-Macro at an incredible price point, and the savings on credit card fees and sales tax made this an unmatchable deal. Further, they wrote out an entire receipt by hand to include the serial number so I could take advantage of one of Sig's rebates. I haven't dealt with a gun store that's as personable, efficient and cares about their customers as much as SaberTooth. I can't recommend them enough.

Got a lane, upstairs #3, and find one bench, no shelves, no table and nowhere to set anything but on shooting bench in lane. To quote our Dear Leader, " C'mon Man!". Tables or a long shelf on the back wall would be a fantastic upgrade. Ventilation sucked, or shall I say, failed to suck. Spent our session in a fog. Glad my SBR has a flashlight, it helped to see the target at the max 25yd range through the haze and dim lighting. Fix or improve ventilation, please, pretty please! A couple was shooting in lane #1, the man experienced a ricochet which hit him in his abdomen. Lucky to only incur a non-penetrating impact with immediate bruising. Bruise should be quite tender and colorful throughout this week. Found the lead that him, deformed enough that there's no way to tell what caliber it was and hence who fired it and thus maybe why it came back up-range. Most likely not the traps design, probably just a "Shit Happens!". Will probably return. Hope to see and experience improvements.

The guys in the firearms section are very knowledgeable, are seasoned experienced shooters themselves, and are willing to talk through my needs to find me the right gun in the price range I choose. I get to handle the guns, if I want to try out the grip, sights, or the trigger. They have provided me with more than a few shotguns, rifles, and pistols over the years, and all have been good choices at competitive prices. I highly recommend McCoy's.
