However, Kevin at Russian River Dog Services was extremely flexible and accommodating. He came to the resort and picked up our dogs and then returned them a few hours later when we were back from our various dinners on different nights. The second time my dogs encountered him, they readily jumped in the car. They were already very comfortable with Kevin. If you're coming to the Healdsburg area and you need to have your pets watched while you go to some of the amazing local restaurants we highly recommend contacting Kevin. In total, we used him on four different nights and we also saw him during the day at a local dog park. Taking care of some other dogs. I would have zero hesitation, recommending him or using him again when we come back to the area. Thanks, Kevin.

I was always hesitant to trust someone I didn't already know to come into my home and care for my beloved cats. Laura put us at ease right away. We spoke on the phone initially, then scheduled a Meet & Greet where my husband, myself, and our two Ragdoll boys got to hang out with and get to know Laura. Right away, I understood that Laura is a kind, dependable, intuitive, professional person who truly loves what she does, AND has a sense of humor. She kept in touch with us via text messaging every day for the 5 days we were gone, sending updates and cute photos of our boys. Knowing that our kitties were in good hands with someone trustworthy made all the difference for us during our time away. We will absolutely contact Laura the next time we go out of town. I can't recommend her enough!

She was weak, on a diet of several small meals a day, and needed to be taken, with help, out for a short walk. She's a senior and I wasn't comfortable taking her to doggie day care any longer. Priscilla was a lifesaver! She went to the house every day, spent time with Daisy, fed and walked her. She was reliable and her visits were very timely. ( I know this because she texted me daily with updates on Daisy's condition.) We also have a cat in our home , that along with Daisy became quite fond of Priscilla ( I know this from the photos that came with the texts!). One week Daisy's condition became worse but I couldn't stay home. I was so glad to have Priscilla to go by, tend to Daisy and keep me posted. Her love and compassion for animals is obvious. Her exceptional care and emotional support helped Daisy and I through a very rough time. I'm happy to write that Daisy is getting better daily! I'm back to a parting job, only needing care one day a week and have hired Priscilla for this indefinitely. I highly recommend Priscilla to anyone that wants trust, reliability, love and compassion in a caregiver.
