I hope I don't need more work on my car....but if I did I would go back to this business without a second thought.

I wrote a detailed review on Birdseye regarding Erik (the owner) @ Hoffman Collision. Erik replaced…read morethe bumper on my brand new truck with a lifetime warranty, OEM bumper after a hit and run, but when it started rusting, he refused to warranty it even when presented with the paperwork. He made several excuses as to why he wouldn't replace it, most having to do with his business being slow and him not having money. He didn't seem bothered at all that he wasn't going to honor his work and have some integrity. Ironically & rather strangely, he actually boasted about property he'd bought in Tennessee or Kentucky & about an expensive rifle he'd just built... So money clearly wasn't that tight and he's still in business today. His ratings are surprisingly good, but potential customers should know the type of person & business they'd be dealing with in terms of parts/work warranty. I waited to write a review because I was pissed, but it needs be written. Thanks for taking my insurance money and not warrantying my bumper, Erik. Best, Kyle

I would have rather have been told they're not interested in doing the work or can't do it rather than be avoided/ignored. Not the service I was expecting from such a big name in town. I'll find another body shop who actually wants my business.

They handled all the paperwork and made arrangements to have me picked up in my rental car. This is the second time I've had to bring my car in for some work. When the car was returned, I left for a family vacation during which I discovered what looked like some leftover tape on the roof of the car. I gave them a call when I got back in town and explained what I found and was asked to bring it on in. Tim had a look and had his team go to work straight away. When I got the car back, Tim apologized to me for the delay but wanted the team to wash the car before giving it back. That is top notch service!! I would highly recommend Rays for any body work they might need and have piece of mind that they work will be of the highest quality with excellent service to match.

What was even more concerning was when we finally went to pick up our vehicle, we found multiple personal items inside the car that DID NOT belong to us and were absolutely not in the vehicle when we dropped it off five months earlier. This left us with some serious questions about what was happening with our vehicle while it was in their possession. After waiting over five months for our car and dealing with the lack of professionalism along the way, finding someone else's belongings inside our vehicle was the final straw. We expected our vehicle to be handled responsibly and professionally while in their care, and unfortunately that was not our experience.
