Don't use this storage facility. I had the worse experience ever. When I attempted to resolve a…read moreproblem with my April payment I couldn't reach anyone by phone . I received a message the number could not be reached. I reconfirmed the number and no success. A text message was attempted but while we awaited a reply. I physically drove the facility. I however discovered I was locked out of the facility. After about a hour we were provided a different number to call. The person we spoke to was rude and was reluctant to meet us at the site. I later learned he was the owner. This facility is not staffed so you're out of luck if there is a problem because their phone doesn't work either. I received three different numbers to call via text. Finally once the owner arrived on site he was belligerent, condescending and belittled me. At one point he called me a fool and said he hated people of my generation. This guy has no business working with the public. Total loser ! I gave them one star because it's required but I would have given him zero.

If you move out early (5days) at the start of a new month you have to pay the whole month with no reimbursement. So end up paying almost $600 for 5 days. Because that's was the easiest we could move in the our new place. After a year 4 months of paying storage fees with them going out all the time. This is how they treat people!!!!

I can not express to you enough how incredibly sorry you will be if you use this facility. After 1 week of moving all of our belongings in, we were burglarized due to the facility leaving the empty unit next to ours unlocked. $6,000 worth of belongings were stolen/destroyed and conveniently the cameras don't work. The employees have been incredibly unprofessional and I was cursed out and made fun of by assistant manager, Taryn. When I tried to make a complaint with the manager, she claims she was "sitting right next to Taryn" and never heard her say anything. So, if you want to be burglarized, vandalized and then cussed out and made fun of by the employees, rent here, because this is what you will get....And the manager is totally fine with it. I also have recordings of the manager stating o have "no business with them" and to "take it up with my homeowners insurance" because they have "no liability." BEWARE! read more

Weird my previous negative review is gone...just like you turned off commenting on Fb. 4 months since I was burglarized while the cameras conveniently "didn't work." This place is a joke, the employees are the most vile human beings I've ever had the displeasure of coming across, have foul mouths and don't care one bit if you are robbed blind. The inside climate controlled area is nice and clean. The counter assistant said they spray for bugs and such weekly. Inside it smells of moth balls. There is an elevator to get to the second floor. They also have rolling flatbed carts to help take your boxes and such to the storage room. The amounts they list on the website are accurate for the room itself. What they don't mention is the administrative fee ($19.99) plus the need for insurance ($12.00 per month) that is required. Other than that, it's a nice facility.
