In spite of what they told me two months before upon an inquiry I made. Instead they continued to debit my account. There is no way to stop it from your bank. Be aware of the scam and of their lies. When I cancelled with a form that I have to fill out, there was no acknowledgement. They still debited my bank account. They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.

A very rude individual, who answered when I called in the morning, told me it could not be disconnected by the company due to a 5 year contract I supposedly signed. The person I spoke to was extremely abusive and even called me names. I requested the owner to contact me, which he has not. To this date, not one person from this company has contacted me, to inform me that they can not monitor my system, because it's not working. It's been unplugged since July 22 2022. Nice monitoring. All they are doing is sending me past due notices. Maybe it's time I call a lawyer?

My company has spent lots of money using their services (installation and service is top notch) but dealing with billing is inconsistent and frustrating, leading to what I still believe to be overcharging and double paying for services. I have since found a new company that is far more detailed in what their invoices represent, when the work is done, and the transparent costs of doing business with them - something this company does not do.
