The entire day was blocked just to get estimates. That means I would need another full day blocked to obtain services. The contract sent to me was for monthly services despite being told I only wanted one annual service. When I contacted them about the issue, they said the contract was for one service, but the contract showed monthly services with a financial penalty if I cancelled. I refuse to sign until the wording was removed. It took several days of no communication before I called another service. Read the contact; don't just sign. You will end up in a monthly contract and owe them if it's not what you wanted. The company doesn't respect customers' time, and communication is poor and misleading
