I scheduled for pest control, and the appointments gave the impression that service would be done…read morethat day. Instead, it was an appointment to write up an estimate. The entire day was blocked just to get estimates. That means I would need another full day blocked to obtain services. The contract sent to me was for monthly services despite being told I only wanted one annual service. When I contacted them about the issue, they said the contract was for one service, but the contract showed monthly services with a financial penalty if I cancelled. I refuse to sign until the wording was removed. It took several days of no communication before I called another service. Read the contact; don't just sign. You will end up in a monthly contract and owe them if it's not what you wanted. The company doesn't respect customers' time, and communication is poor and misleading

Very nice and very professional, but they seemed to be stretched thin and the communication was spotty. There were a few fix ups that was agreed upon and never done, which was very upsetting because of the price I paid. When I reached out to see about finalizing those fixes, I got no response and was ghosted. HOWEVER - the bat issue seems to be fixed. Never did get a follow up if everything looked good.

My name is Tony. I called Dave Scifres of Peoria Wildlife Animal Control this past Tuesday, April…read more20, about the skunk who had taken residence under my Deck. He did a good job of informing me and my wife of the trapping process, and reassured us that he had years of experience and had the proper credentials and certification to capture and remove the Skunk. The week before, the skunk had sprayed under the deck and the odor permeated the entire house, UGGH, so we were highly motivated to take care of this problem. And I informed my wife, I definitely wasn't planning to catch the skunk by myself. Dave promised to come by at 3 pm on Wednesday, and true to his word, he showed up, and meticulously set up three traps at the possible access points, digging holes slightly deeper at the three suspected access holes to accommodate the traps, and blocking off the holes so that the skunk would have no other choice but to enter or exit thru the traps. Thursday morning, my wife texted me at work, and excitedly told me that the traps caught not one, but THREE skunks, all female, and all pregnant! I texted the good news to Dave, and he texted back that he would come over at noon that day to remove the animals. He informed my wife that if these skunks had given birth, the average litter size is 4 babies. Think of that, if we had not hired Dave when we did, and delayed calling him, we most likely would be dealing with not three skunks, but FIFTEEN skunks under our deck. If you are dealing with a skunk problem, I encourage you to call the professional, Dave, his fees are reasonable, and he will take care of your problem once and for all!

They came out to our home in July 2018 for a vole infestation at our newly-purchased home, but didn't really do anything but confirm what was causing the damage and suggested we wait until after winter to do anything, because "it's an expensive hassle", and maybe they'd freeze to death. Thankfully, they did, but it took 2 years to repair the damage, and we paid a $250 consultation fee for nothing. Tim was recommended to us by someone who'd had great results from him in the past, but maybe he was getting burned-out by the time we called. I was optimistic enough to try calling again in 2026 for a groundhog removal, and that's when I ran into the issue of no calls being returned and the non-working secondary number.
