Mother-in-law returned a few days later and advised to retrieve some additional documents to make the name(s) match in order to make it happen. After much ado, retrieved what was requested and returned to the merchant, with another representative of the company assisting us. This young woman was trying to be helpful but requested her "manager" to look over the documentation. The names on the current title didn't appear to match the birth certificate provided. I attempted to make it all make sense providing current driver's license, marriage certificates, birth certificate, divorce decrees, etc. The manager apparently didn't like my tone, albeit I was frustrated as this was the third encounter with the business and we truly thought we had all the documentation required. The manager flung our paperwork and in disgust advised we could try the MVA, seemingly not willing to work with us any longer. I asked for our paperwork to be placed back into the folder, organized like we had provided it. I had to leave before becoming totally irate and provided a "thank you...for nothing". I recommend going to anywhere else as one of their competitors was absolutely cordial and completed our process with the documentation provided...seems simple enough. Their competitor received a five star rating and we left very satisfied. I DO NOT recommend Diversified Tag & Title Service.

They have tried to charge me multiple times for extra packaging even when I have had everything boxed and labeled. They just want to over charge/ make money off of you in any way possible. I received it on Saturday March 14th and initiated the return process in which I received a QR code from Amazon. I went to the UPS store the following day on Sunday, March 15th and the young man at the counter scanned my QR code and said you're good to go. I thought wow, that was quick and fast service and left the store a happy customer. That was short lived! Not thinking to check my phone soon as I left the store to see if I had received a confirmation stating my return to Amazon was initiated, later that evening I noticed I never received any message regarding my return of the ink cartridge. I contacted Amazon and they have no record of any return for me from UPS. I called UPS and the gentleman that answered the phone said I should've received a confirmation that my return was initiated. So my questions are...what did he scan and what happened to my ink cartridge? This leaves me wondering is this some kind of scam? I'll know next time if I return something to ask for a paper receipt and check my phone immediately. I'll chalk this up as a loss, but if you're reading this, make sure you get a confirmation before you leave the store.
