Just a thought as good as this business is and the great job they do. They certainly need another person working the front desk. The lady that was there by her self had people on hold on the phone, people waiting at the counter for questions and people wanting to pay their bill. Was quite a not needed waiting time. Felt kind of sorry for the lady that was really swamped. Other the that the place is really great ! read more

Professional and timely with high quality work. They stripped and re tinted my BMW M5 and it looks amazing. They have a very clean nice facility and the workers are extremely professional. I hate that I had to goto two other places before I found this one but I am glad I found it. I recommend them highly. read more

Good place to go, price is descent, excellent workmanship. Highly recommended for car tinting.

I brought my girlfriends car here to get her windows tinted. The lady at the front desk was very helpful explaining to me the different tint they had. She was not pushy and did not pressure me in purchasing a more expensive tint. She helped me select a tint that was affordable to my budget. They tinted my windows with no appointment and even gave me military discount. The man that was installing my tint let me watch. Not that I plan on opening my own window tint place but it was super interesting on how they do it. This establishment was very professional, friendly, great quality, and affordable. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of window tint. read more

New car routine. Needed front windows done. Called this morning around 10, and got an appointment (which they recommend) at 2. I was literally done in 20 minutes. They did a great job! Definitely recommend. read more

This is probably the 4th vehicle I've had tinted at Advanced Window Tinting & they never disappoint! Friendly, professional service with an inviting waiting area in their new space. I was given a quote over the phone, my VW was finished within an hour & they provided stickers reminding me not to roll my windows down which I need because I'm the twit that typically rolls my windows down as I'm pulling out of the parking lot. Great job, AWT! read more

Great job on my car tint. Friendly and helpful staff and great waiting area. Got the job done in just over an hour! Will be back to tint our other car. read more

Very reputable window tinting company! After doing a lot of research, reading reviews and getting quotes, I decided to go with Advanced Window Tinting to get both of my cars tinted now that I'm living in Florida. They were a tad bit higher quoting my Subaru than other companies but use a quality 3M product and I felt that was worth having. They also gave me a 10% discount for getting 2 cars done. Very helpful when I was trying to decide what level darkness to go to. read more

Rene was awesome, she was very informative on my different options of tinting and also how to take take care of them after! I got an earlier appointment and on top of that they had me out in less then 45 minutes. They guys did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 5 stars !! read more

Amazing service and nice design interior, friendly staff. Quick service I went in for 1 window tint and as out in 30 mins. Made an appointment and my was quickly in the garage. Do make sure you make an appointment and they have all types of tints from 3M with lifetime warranty. Where the place is located is on the corner with two ways to enter. On the main road and take the right at the light and go in through the side. Which was easier, I agree. Affordable prices, and there's a nice lodging area to wait with the displays with heat lamps - interesting thing to check out. Also they have awards on the table for 2012 excellence award. It made me feel for safe to trust them with my car. read more

Best customer service experience ever! The ladies at the front desk were very nice and lots of smiles. I went in just to see what my options might be and get a quote. Came out 25 minutes later with exactly what I wanted for less than I expected! I thought I would have to make an appointment for another day or have to wait for an hour or more. Definitely recommend! read more

These guys always do a great job. I've had 3 cars tinted here and today had a windshield replaced. Was in and out in an hour. The only complaint I have about this instance is I explained to the gentleman on the phone that I had a windshield that needed to be replaced along with the tint strip. Once I arrived I was told the tint strip could not be done in the same day. Other than that A+ as always. Thank you! read more

Sent request for auto glass tint quote 2 days ago for new MB. Owner? responded promptly with questions, I responded promptly with answers, no further response. Sent a reminder again last night, no response. Guess she doesn't need my business. I don't need her company. Heading to a firm closer to my house. Price doesn't matter to me....convenience, proximity to my work did. Advanced Window Tint's loss, not mine. read more

Made an appointment for 3:00 PM on a Friday. I was greeted with warm smiles and salutations from the staff. I handed over my keys and was carefully walked through my tint options. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable while I debated on which tint to choose. After I decided, I was led to a cool, comfortable waiting room with a huge, flat screen television and complimentary coffee/water. The service was much quicker than I expected and my tint cured perfectly. I would recommend Advanced Window Tinting to anyone who appreciates quality service from honest people. I highly recommend Advanced Window Tinting! They were very professional and friendly. They removed my previous terrible tint job and replaced it. I couldn't be happier!! My car is so much cooler inside and it looks great!! My previous tint was illegal so I was anticipating my new legal tint to be too light, but I can't tell the difference from the outside and the inside is so much more clear and cool. I'm one satisfied customer! Thank you. =) read more

Great job and great service they took my car in and got me out in 30 minutes thank you very much Rene Ricky and Bernadette

I got my Acura TL, Nissan Maxima and Audi A4 done here and I was extremely happy with the service. I had my Audi for 6 years with their tint and I never had a bubble warp or tear AT ALL. I strongly suggest these individuals and they even back up their work with a warranty unless you get something darker then the law allows (which I did and they will do it for CASH only with no warranty). As far as price I think it was pretty reasonable for what I was getting done. read more

Wow what great service. I had an appointment and when I showed up they were ready with no delays. The two ladies working the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The waiting area was very clean and nice. It took 30 minutes to have my two front windows tinted. The quality of the window tinting was equally as impressive. No bubbles and it matched up perfectly with the top of my windows. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and quality work. read more

From the initial phone call to set appointment, to drive off the lot. They were awesome. Literally 20 min from pulling into the shop to driving away. That's how quick they were. The waiting room was top notch too. Leather couches interactive display for the different tints. Chilled water cooler and k cups. Highly recommend! read more

Wow! The ladies here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what would look good on my vehicle and I was in an out in 30 minutes!

I made an appointment with this company a week and a half ago to get the windows on my car tinted. I called in on the Saturday(17th) it was to be done to verify the time of my appointment. After being asked multiple times for my name, telephone number, make of car etc..I was informed they didn't see my appointment and they were all booked up, I assured her I did make the appointment, stating she didn't know what to do, she took my number and said she'll see what she can do and call me back. Going back through my phone history I found the call i made to them on June 6th at 3:33p.m.(904)262-9919) was informed the upcoming Saturday was booked up, so i chose the following Saturday(17th). Were also several people in the room with me at work to verify I didn't blackout and imagine the entire call. Surprise, I get a voicemail as they are closing letting me know they are still really busy and if I'd like an appointment for next Saturday(unbelievable). Am very disappointed and will now never deal with this company in any aspect. If they are too incompetent to schedule an appointment correctly, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want them touching anything on my car. So after waiting almost 2 weeks, I'll now again shop around for a different company to get the work done. GYST read more

I'm 30 years old, have had about 10 vehicles tinted by them since I was 16, and I've never witnessed such integrity in any place involving automotive work. My new Cadillac has an automatic privacy screen on my rear window, and I accidentally pushed the privacy screen button, creating bubbles in the fresh tint (it hadn't even been an hour since it had been put on). They resolved the problem for free for me. I'm very proud to have all of my vehicles tinted and maintained by these guys. They treat their customers as someone would hope to be treated.
