I had my car windows tinted here several months ago and they did a great job! It still looks fantastic and I haven't had any problems at all. When they first did the job, there was one tiny bubble but I went by the shop and they fixed it in a few seconds. It's been perfect ever since! Going above and beyond is an understatement. Accommodations were made to get the job done so I could get home to put my baby down for a nap. Robert vacuumed my disgusting car (: and put all my baby junk randomly thrown around the car into a container. So I went to this business because of the reviews and I am the lucky one that did not have a good ending!!! Had my 2 front window's re-tinted which they did a good job. But broke the reflector on my passenger door and found it in the back on the floor. Was going to let that slide since the driver side and broke years ago and was gonna get them replaced anyway. How ever I live approx. an hour from Chico and when I got home admired how nice my Monte Carlo SS looked with the Limo black tint in the back. Went in my house and came back out an hour later to show my Boyfriend and couldn't believe what we saw and heard!! The back window had shattered and was still cracking as we got on the phone with them. We were told they had they had to contact the owner. My back window was new & had been replaced by AAA not a dammmmm thing wrong with it!!! The next morning we were told that was not their problem and they weren't going to do ANYTHING about it!!! So AAA will fix the glass again and was advised the only way this could happen is by them nicking the glass when they cut the tint or nicking the defroster wire which is like a hair!!! Not even offering to do the tint over again. So I was gonna recommend them to do my Daughter-in Law's BMW but surely will not recommend them to anyone for anything as their conduct in this innocendent was so rude!!!! Sometime's shit happen's and with good business ethics you make things right with your customer, not treat them like dirt!!! So I certainly will ask questions with the next place I have tint the back again and how much expierence they have as far as back window's with a defroster. Now to document and consult a legal friend of mine to see about the liability of this situation. A new perfect condition window does not shatter for no reason. Very disappointed!!! read more

If it was possible to leave ZERO stars I would!!! Went in there an felt like he was super unprofesional he argued with me about what shade of tint I wanted him to do on my vechicals driver and passanger window. Yes I am aware of the zero tinting law in ca for front window tinting but we agreed to tint them 20% and he then tinted them 35% and tried to convince me there were the shade I wanted. I then tried to pay him for the work that he did and gave him my debit card he then refused and forced me to pay him in cash even though he though his buisness does accept debit and credit cards. I then asked for a written recipt for my insurance and he then refused to give me one and then told me I was lucky that he even agreed to do the work for me. I will never go back here or refer anyone to him!! I have tinted 5 of my own personal vehicals and numerous of my families and out of all the places I have been to this is by far the most unprofessional!! read more
