Another shop over-tightened my wheels rendering tire rotation next to impossible. I then brought my Bug to the MasterWorks, and they were able to loosen the nuts and do the rotation. The price was very reasonable, and I was offered a loaner car while my Bug was sitting in the garage overnight. From now on, this is the only shop I am bringing my car to ever. Said he was another shop where the do tire rotations. How the hell am I supposed to know that. Then he said " I said I would call you when it's ready"! Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. Tracy had us bring the car in the day I phoned, had the team evaluate the work that needed to be done and gave us an estimate that was very close to the final price. The price variance was tied to the Acura paint--Tracy worked with us on the estimate difference, and I felt like we had as good a deal as we could get. The repairs are spot on! Told them no way, they called me back and got the estimate down to $4250.... Still costs me almost $300 in addition to my deductible. Melissa told me if I didn't pay the extra she'd put the bad parts back on my car. Great customer service (right???). Well I've called Lexus and lodged a formal complaint about this.
