Lucky me, 16 minutes later, Scott showed up. He was the nicest guy. Efficient, detailed, good at explaining what he was doing while getting the car started. A battery was needed, which I expected. Unfortunately R&T did not stock the battery I needed so that was the extent Scott could help. He gave me some pricing and ideas where to purchase a battery. All that info was very helpful.
