I noticed the office's review numbers had gone down, and I honestly think part of that may simply be because they are extremely busy. And I understand why they're so busy--they're really good at what they do. Once you become an established patient, I've found that email can be a much more effective way to communicate when you need something, as getting through by phone can sometimes be challenging. My provider, Ronaldo, is amazing--caring, empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping me manage my spine issues and pain. My treatment has changed over the years as my needs have changed, and I appreciate that they know my history and continue to adjust my care accordingly. Because of the care I've received, I'm able to function day-to-day and continue working full-time, which means a lot to me. If you're dealing with back pain or spine problems, don't feel like you have to manage it all on your own. I know because I tried doing that for a while, and it wasn't the answer. There are better ways to manage chronic pain than simply trying to push through it or relying on over-the-counter pain medication every day. If you can get established with this office and take advantage of the communication options available to you, I truly believe you can be well cared for. Give them a chance to help you. Horribly incompetent, rude, they don't answer phones, don't call you back, and if you use the text option to contact them.. They ghost you in the middle of a conversation and never return to answer. More importantly.. They lied repeatedly about not receiving the numerous referrals my primary doctor sent over a 5 month period. My doctor tried every way they suggested. In the end.. They said they couldn't take me back now (was trying to get back in after a year or so away due to increasing pain levels) because I had an msa. Funny thing is i was previously told that would be fine. It's self administered. It would've been easier to bill me than the insurance companies. Due to an administrative wait and because they didn't know how to handle things.. I suffered in pain for 5 months. I ended up going elsewhere. Thank God! Today I'm filing claims with their ombudsman /practice manager, the bbb, CA state medical board, dhmc, and Medicare. Horrible place. Malpractice specialists. Run away. Run far far away

As he is a pain management Dr you will occasionally see a person disgruntled for various reasons (usually because they are seeking drugs or have found some small reason to be irate... most patients are in pain so I'm not trying to judge) and I'd imagine that the negative reviews here are a direct result of either of those conditions. I have been pissy for a few reasons before but when I calm down I realize that I was the jerk.

First off, as pain management doctors one would think prescribing pain meds would be standard and required medicine for chronic pain patients but not the case with Hendrickson & Hunt, dropping their patients and refusing to treat them and saying good luck trying to find another doctor and good luck dealing with your pain in the meantime, and refusing to provide a referral despite the fact they said several times that they would provide the referral. Very bad service, heartless and callous towards their patients suffering from pain (violates the Hippocratic oath), refusing to treat or help them, and so I would recommend avoiding them.

I specifically went to this chiropractor because he has a frequency specific microcurrent machine. It is undoubtedly the only way that you will fix certain problems. My previous chiropractor from Portland Oregon used this system to fix a very bad ligament tear around my sacroiliac joint. When I went into the office, I actually looked kind of silly. My hips were very out of balance in relation to my spine. William, the husband chiropractor, did a microcurrent treatment on a couple of very bad spasms that I had. They did an exceptional job of relieving the pain. As anyone knows, when you get a very bad injury that leads to prolonged pain, then you need somebody good to fix it. I would not only recommend these doctors, I would suggest that if you go to most other places, that you may find that a quick adjustment is only a temporary fix. These doctors will provide a real solution to your problems. I hope I do not get injured again, but if I do I will be back here for sure.

I have gone a few times for general adjustments when I feel a bit off. The adjustments always seem to get me back to 100%. Recently I went for an issue with my elbow. Between weights and jiu jitsu I get pretty torn up. Dr. M was able to fix this up also. She has the skill and equipment to fix you up. She is priced really fairly. Dr. M is who I see when I need to get back to 100%.

I then spoke to the manager there who told everything was not in order and not ready. I expressed frustration and confusion with the manager who denied me service and the help I need. I hope their doctor is nothing like their manager and new patient coordinator. The lack of communication was apparent and evident and if you dare mention they will discriminate and silence you. There was a lack of compassion, communication, kindness and empathy. I hope their doctor is nothing like his staff there. Angelica was very nice and of help to me. jessica and the manger made me feel like I was a burden to them. I hope nobody whose suffering goes through what I did at Sierra spine.
