I had a few businesses give me quotes but this company was more personable. They had me send photo and gave me an honest and reasonable estimate. They arrived on time and gave me heads up on their ETA. The day of hauling, they walked through the items and told me where they would end up- dump, repurposed, recycled. I gave them more items than I expected since I felt they would repurpose them as opposed to hauling the load to dump. Nice men with good manners and super helpful. I will call them again. Ps. Old TVs cost extra to remove but well worth the additional price. But I would recommend trying Best Buy- they allow one item per household for e-waste but i am not sure about older TVs.

Just want to reiterate, DO NOT use this business. I feel even more strongly about this after John…read moreresponded to my first review. Here's the response John posted (I'm also attaching a screenshot in case he deletes): "We are always happy to help you, we really give the lowest prices for the highest quality work. What can I offer you, the guarantee for the work has already expired, the manager sent you an invoice for the work, I'm sure that another part has broken, if you want we can come to you for free and see how we can help you, we areflexible and adequate, write me your text message on the phone and we will be happy to solve your problem or write your phone number for communication and I will contact you without fail and help you. Your son said that you need help, and We repeatedly called you on your old phone with offers to help, but you did not answer, I contacted a neighbor, he promised to call back if help was needed, but did not call back. I'm sure we can resolve the misunderstanding if that's what you want to resolve." Here's why this doesn't make sense: A. I never got an invoice for the broken part. I had a lot of trouble contacting them to even get this information and it was all over text. B. I don't have a son. I have two daughters, age 2 and 4. I'd be very surprised if they told John's company that I need help. C. I don't have an old phone, my number has not changed since about 2008. D. I see my neighbors almost every day, John most definitely did not contact them. He also messaged me saying he would help me for free only if I update the review to 5 stars first (screenshot also attached). This is against Yelps terms of service, I have reported this behavior.

So last weekend, I was sitting on my back porch when my seven-year-old came out screaming, "Mommy,…read moredaddy, the washing machine's on fire!" Obviously, we were completely terrified but at the same time wondering if she was over exaggerating. Well, long story short, the belt and the agitator in my Speed Queen washing machine had broken due to its age. I didn't know that at the time, but I called my Home Warranty company, and they tried to send me Sears. I absolutely hate Sears. There's a reason why that company has fallen off the face of the planet. The reason is their horrible customer service. Nobody goes into their stores and buys their crappy products. Even their home repair company is worse. I have to tell you, I was beyond frustrated and disheartened because I felt like my washing machine wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. I called my Home Warranty back, telling them I can't have Sears and that I need to go with my own people. With enough passion and vigor in my voice, they gave me the opportunity and connected me with these guys. They understood my frustration and did everything they could to fit me in within a few days of my phone call. They were able to come out and fix my washing machine promptly, providing amazing customer service. Thank you, Mike, for fixing my washing machine and doing it with such care. I appreciate your warm and caring personality, as well as your desire to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. I have to say that my Home Warranty also appreciated their invoice and accepted it within a few hours. Hopefully, I'll get some of this repair paid for later on down the road. But for now, I have to say these guys deserve a solid five stars and a 10 out of 10 rating. I highly recommend them for all of you for your home repair needs.

Received a call at 11:30 am but missed it because I was working. Called them back to be told by the receptionist that they cannot come back at the original quoted time frame because they are no longer in the area and they would have to back track. Zero willingness to try and accommodate me after switching around my entire work day. Would not recommend this company as most people can't take a whole day off of work. What's the point of giving times of service when you don't honor them?!
