(It is their business model - they make a much higher margin on a new system that they know how to do - rather than understand and fix the current system.) One company after charging a $99 service call proposed $7000 to fix the system which ultimately Santos did for $2000. Santos and his assistant also showed up when they said they would, and otherwise I felt they were very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them.
