There was a self-checkin in kiosk where you can also load your ID and insurance card information., which was a great alternative. I was called to complete the checkin at the desk (staff were really pleasant) and it was less than 5 minutes between that and being called for my procedure. The mammo technician Bonnie explained every step during the process and asked how I was doing throughout. She was awesome! I used to be fearful of the discomfort of this procedure, but with a gentle technician such as Bonnie, it was a relief indeed. All in all a great place for getting a mammo with staff that provide care and compassion.

First statement ever received from them, no invoice received. It didn't credit the insurance payments that were sent. It miscredited my out of pocket payment as an insurance payment. I used EOB and was proactive to pay. When talking to the rep I was told the hospital billing isn't their issue. Then why is on the statement you trying collect money for. The bill is paid in full between insurance payouts of over 4000 and my copays and they still want money. Based on the other reviews about immediate collections I am awaiting to see if they get it fixed. I was told to call back in two weeks, after the due date. Rep had a piss poor attitude that sours the experience of an other words good surgery and surgeon. EDIT: for reply from owner. I provided all the details to the rep including EOB benefits paid and dates paid. If you want the details talk to your rep as I have already given it.EDIT: I had the insurance company contact the "billing" department and they said the invoice was sent to the billing dept for review. The insurance company states I have no liability because the office forgot to send in pre-authorization. Their loss not mine, " According to the providers contract advanced notification was required for the service but was not received. Therefore, the applicable administrative reimbursement reduction was applied and deducted from the provider payment. According to the providers contract the patient may not be billed for the amount of the administrative reimbursement reduction," So to reiterate, they screwed up and then are trying to screw me. 1-star now for leaving the insurance company rep on hold and not resolving it when contacted by the insurance company directly telling them they were breaking their contract." STAY AWAY if you can. EDIT: 3 calls- no resolution. supervisor will not contact me. 3 months no refund still, 3 MRI's, 2 CT Scans and now 4 doctor visits went to other places because of this money they will not give back. They run their appointments on time, so when I had my annual scans done last week I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes and then contacted with the results by phone within a couple of hours. However, I can genuinely say it was a pleasure because of their incredible staff. Sharon and Sandy at the front desk are two of the kindest and most welcoming individuals I've ever encountered--not just in medical care, but in customer service overall. Sharon, the tech, was equally compassionate and professional, and Mariah, who prepped me for the MRI, was just as wonderful. Evidently, they take walk ins for x-rays, but you need an appointment for other imaging like ultrasounds and mammograms. APPEARANCES: Both the office and the staff look professional and well kept. I thought it was a little strange that the only magazines they have are Sports Illustrated, ESPN Magazine, and other sports publications. The TV was playing a poker tournament, so maybe they cater to a specific crowd? Anyhow, I definitely noticed all the sports stuff. POLICIES: They don't allow you to take any pictures or videos inside the office, which I think means they don't want you to take pictures of your own x-rays or ultrasounds. But maybe there is some other reason... The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way, was that the ultrasound technician wouldn't let me watch what she was doing on the screen. I asked if I could see, and she said there was not really anything to see... I interpreted that as her assuming I wouldn't know what I was looking at, so she didn't want to take the time to tilt the screen in my direction. Guess what, though? They're my guts and if I want to see them, humor me dadgummit! At the end, when I asked her if I could look at the images, she said the radiologist had to look at them first, and she couldn't review anything with a patient. It seems pretty ridiculous to me not to let a patient watch their own ultrasound on the screen and then not let them look at the images at the end either. I don't know if that was her own personal policy or one that the office holds to. TOTAL TIME: I walked in at 3:20 p.m. and walk out at 3:34 p.m. Very quick turnaround! OVERALL: I would come here again if I needed x-rays or other imaging. Next time however, I think I'll be more assertive asking to see my images. But overall it was a quick and painless experience.

I was able to walk right in for an X-ray with no wait time which was awesome! The front desk staff answered all my questions and was so nice. After getting checked in I was seen within 2 minutes for an X-ray and the guy doing the X-ray was professional and fast. I was able to make an account online for the patient portal and saw my X-ray images immediately after they were complete, and once the report is finished it will be uploaded to the portal for me to view. When you go into the medical building there is an attendant sitting at a small desk willing to help if you aren't sure where to go.
