I sent an appointment request through their website and received a call back from James within the hour. He was patient with me as I attempted to explain the issue that I was having with my water pressure tank, and he walked me through where to find the information that he needed on my tank and control box. I knew that I needed to replace my water pressure tank, so I wanted to get a quote for a replacement as well as a larger tank. After sending photos of my tank to him, he provided an estimate to my email which also included replacing the pressure switch and control box. He suggested that those items be replaced as well since they tend to go bad quickly. I appreciated his advice and experience which helped me make an informed decision, as I didn't want to have to call them again a few months later to replace those items. I was relieved to hear that they had the parts in stock and could get me scheduled for the repair the next day. Jacob and Ryan came out to do the installation and completed everything as expected. Jacob also took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the work that they did. He was very professional and gave me peace of mind. The new tank comes with a 7 year warranty, and 30 days for parts and labor. I was also able to pay securely online through a quickbooks link that was sent to my email. They didn't charge a "convenience fee" that other companies charge you if you aren't paying by cash or check, so that was also nice to see. Overall, I would recommend Tampa Well Drilling for your well drilling and servicing needs. I will certainly use them again should I have another issue with my well system, but hopefully it isn't any time soon!

I started my research on water filtration systems for wells and learned it's very different than ones for city water which my Pelican was made for, not the well it was on. I contacted the best of the best and got eye-popping crazy high prices and lots of water tests from all of them. Then Mr. Patterson came buy took a hard look at my current system, tested the water, and flexed his awesome knowledge on local well water "Brilliant!!!!" I learned two things that day. 1: Knowing the local water is a must and this guy has been here doing this for decades! 2: He explained the problem and how to fix it and guaranteed my satisfaction. He gave me a couple of options and then said this is the one I have in my home and it's the water my grandkids drink. It was the most reasonable priced not only for him but compared to all the others also by far! They installed it a couple of weeks ago and I am over the moon satisfied! It is the freshest smelling and tasting I have ever had. Also, the water softness is perfect on testing and it feels wonderful. In fact, my soap now lathers like whip cream practically, lol. I've called the company owner Philip and let him know about that. He said the parts are cheap and they are not responsible for anything. He said Efraim will come and get everything fixed for 170$. Sorry buddy I'm not paying 170$ for you fuck ups. See attached pictures as proof. Think twice before hiring these crooks - they won't care about you as a customer and will take advantage of you as soon as there's an opportunity.

They charged me a very reasonable fee. Both technicians were pleasant, professional, and easy to talk with. We called him Saturday morning, and he walked us through a trouble-shooting technique of resetting the spring-like mechanism that can reconnect the leads and allow the electrical current to start powering the pump again. Don't judge my lack of correct terms, please, just hear my appreciation and very positive endorsement of Citrus Park Well Drilling. And, don't try to do what we just did without using a plastic thing (we used the cover) to prevent getting shocked during this process. Better yet -- call CPWD and let them help you fix your well pump problem. When the pump eventually dies, we're definitely call Chris to do the necessary work.
