And I'm very afraid to trust people since so many of them suck. But the nurses, Draitin the anesthesiologist and Dr/surgeon Al Saleh couldn't have been nicer to me. I was very well taken care of. I'm so fortunate to have gotten Dr Al Saleh. He performed significant pelvic surgery on me and even fixed things he saw at the last minute. I'm so fortunate and grateful.

The front desk staff and people in charge of answering phones are the first impression you get and it's not a good one. I cannot call without being put on hold for 20+ minutes, then I get transferred a couple of times before actually getting a person that can help with what I need. I have left messages and received no return call, mine and my husband's meds have run out multiple times trying to get a hold of someone. To top it all off they have my billing so messed up at the moment. I had an appointment so I pre-paid and took care of my husband's small balance at the same time. I later got a bill for his total balance and an explanation (after a 20 minute hold and 3 transfers) that didn't make any sense and didn't solve anything, and once again I'm waiting on a call back.

Of course, they claim they didn't receive it even though I have the fax transmission and the fax number is correct. Don't even try to get scheduled for an MRI, they will just ignore the phone calls, even in an emergency situation. The scheduler does not answer phone calls or return messages in any form of timely manner. Don't bother asking for a manager or a supervisor, it doesn't appear that have any. And then they are snappy when you try to determine the hold up. Maybe it's middle of the desert mentality, I have no idea but I would not go to this place if I was on my death bed and chances are, I wouldn't get the treatment I needed anyways. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The receptionists aren't welcoming and friendly. They tend to look either bored, mildly annoyed or beaten down. Perhaps by whomever is supervising them. The waiting lobby is dull and dated; obviously from the late 70s. That wouldn't even matter if the staff were better. I guess the lobby reflects the poor nature of the business. My experience with one of the doctors is so bad that it's affected my health and life in such a way that my stress increased substantially. And it all wasn't even necessary; if my Dr had from the beginning had been professional and efficient there would've been no problem. At first I thought she would be helpful because she sort of acted like it, but every interaction after that was just awful. She has a superior attitude, doesn't listen, rushes you through the appointment, making you try to talk as fast as possible to ask any other questions before she sweeps out the door while still not looking at you. She always runs late. Her biggest problem is zero communication and follow up. Somehow I guess she just expects you to know things. For a vulnerable person seeking help with their ill health, experiencing that over and over will reduce them to tears and real physical stress. She doesn't communicate with any of the rest of the staff, doesn't follow up, isn't focused on any of the most basic details, isn't thorough and it's like she forgets all about you and your health the minute she rushes out the door of the exam room. Don't risk it.

Dr. Jeffcoat-Knauer is our go to for our kids now! I've been to Dr. Lindo for myself. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The front office staff is very pleasant. I was very happy to have found this office for my family.
