From my referral by my Primary Care Doctor to the actually sleep study, the staff here have been extremely polite and easy to work with. They treat every patient with courtesy and respect. The room where you actually get the sleep study down feels more like a hotel room than a sleep study office. The bed is super comfortable and they provide cable TV for when you are waiting to be hooked up for the sleep study. The doctor that hooked up all of the wires and other things to me was very polite and seemed to be genuinely interested in my specific issue.
