It seems like every time I get a filling something goes wrong, the filling falls out, cracks, or is too deep. The last filling was far too deep and I was in serious pain, but I couldn't go back because this location has gone from being open 5 days a week to 2 1/2. I went to a different dentist and they told me the filling was too deep and I had an infection, then Kids Kare said it wasn't. Now I'm having it pulled. Also, one of the oral hygienist began drilling on a tooth during a routine cleaning, and once when I complained about sensitivity in one of my teeth the dentist had someone else shave my tooth, which should have been done by him. I've had multiple cleanings where the dentist didn't check in with me, even after cleaning. Other members of my family have had issues as well.

There was a questionnaire I filled out the day prior with some of my sons interests and they were brought up organically during the appointment and made him feel comfortable. They were extremely detailed in their approach for treatment, showed videos and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the office.
