We've used the for toilet, shower hardware and sink hardware installation. No complaints. We've also used it for inspection and repair of our tankless/on-demand water heater. Again, no complaints. One thing, though, is we were supposed to receive a quote on a new water heater and we never got one. Have also used the to snake out a backed up pipe via the outside clean-out. Again great service. Only once did we get a serviceman who kind of seemed like he didn't want to "help" and recommended we get new kitchen sink hardware. Prices have always been fair/reasonable.

I was expecting to have to wait a week, maybe a week and a half. I was quite impressed! The plumber they sent, Jeff, arrived right on schedule. Very friendly and professional. He completed my service promptly, I was billed and that was that. I was able to pay with a credit card, which was quite convenient. These folks are absolutely excellent. I'll be contracting with them for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

STAY AWAY!!!!! Appointment set 10 AM, tech tried to come…read moremuch earlier. Tech seemed irritated and hurried, like my service call was inconvenient. 1. Tech replaced a tub faucet without adjusting the water line length, leaving a 1/2 space between wall and faucet. This required additional adjustment by another worker. 2. Tech did not verify a disconnected dishwasher line valve was turned completely OFF after verifying the line was clear. Slow leak caused damages over several days requiring repairs by other workers. 3. Tech was rough with cabinets in kitchen requiring some repairs. 4. The office manager denied all company responsibility, and refused to let me speak with the owner. This was a horrible experience overall. Charged me $180 and caused 10 times that amount in additional repairs to be completed by other COMPETENT workers!
