They always greet with a smile, and are never too busy to answer a question (even if I've asked it more than once). They are also flexible and will work with you if there is a scheduling conflict or issue. Don't come in without a mask... it is clearly posted on the door & you will be politely asked to put one on! I have been doing physical therapy here for almost 3 months now & have met almost all the therapists at this facility. Everyone is always pleasant and says hello. I have never seen anyone with an attitude or grumpy or snappy when speaking to anyone. And also, since the age of the patients is usually older than many of the employees, I have never heard anyone (including myself) spoken to in a condescending way. Every therapist follows the assigned program, with slight variations based on ability & tolerance, & progress. They all seem to be genuinely caring, and take time to ask questions & listen to each person's concerns. I have never been pushed so far as to result in pain or injury. A couple of times I had an issue with low blood sugar. I was never made to feel like I had to rush & get myself together, which I greatly appreciated. I was shown kindness & care. The atmosphere is very clean, workout friendly and uplifting with various playlists in the background. The equipment is usually wiped down by an employee right after a client's use. Everything is orderly, and the site can accommodate numerous clients. I would definitely recommend this business to others, and return!

After months of PT at another location with minimal results, my arthritis pain has been managed effectively with weekly visits at first, then monthly followups. Everything was going wonderfully until Dr. Manning abruptly fired Dr. B. Since my insurance paperwork was already filed with PHP, I stayed with Dr. Manning to finish my treatment. My insurance company ruled that my care was finished in January 2020. In summer 2021 Dr. Manning mailed me a bill for $3000 for care. We emailed back and forth. I called my insurance company. I emailed Dr. Manning three times without reply. In November 2021, without having heard from him after three months, I emailed him again letting him know I considered the case closed. He wrote be back an incredibly rude email stating, "I'll consider this closed when it has a resolution. I will not email you with no news as it wastes my time to do so." I am shocked that a doctor would say that to a patient and that any human would call another suffering human being a waste of their time!
